Mawk Well, Chris you will be disappointed as I am. The damn thing has to be constantly charged. They are under power even if not used. Sure they have sleep mode, but the batteries discharge almost as quickly as if they are used. For example; I am thinking to use them in the morning, unless I keep them in the charging case plugged in Samsung approved charger all night, they will have 0 power in the morning. Now, that sucks. These butts are only device I have that are working this way. Imagine that you would have to have all your devices plugged in charger all night to be able to use them in the morning.

Total Gamer company might alow but suppose you are working on a banking project , they might tell you to not bring phones inside for data security reasons .

Good review, loved your humor. I'd like for you to read what I have to say regarding my experience with these buds, if you can: I have owned these for a solid month or so now. After working perfectly for 2 weeks, I noticed an issue. I used one of the buds independently, and ever since then, the volume between them has been permanently altered. This confused me as it was like the 3rd or 4th time I've gone mono sound. Overall,the hearing experience was dramtically changed and in turn damaged the value of the ear buds. If they can't complete the basic thing(provide equal sound no matter how horrid in both buds)they were meant to do, it's a serious disappointment . I've read on samsungs forums, I'm not the only one who is experiencing this issue. If it means anything, I got them from Amazon, and the rating went down an entire star since my purchase. If you scroll through 1 star comments, you can seethe same thing that happened to me. A quick fix in case you do encounter this issue is to go to your Samsung phone's settings>accessibility>hearing and change the ratio of sound. I hope I can warn a few people before they join the same boat I'm in. This is coming from a note 8/gear s3 user, and I'm fairly disappointed in this product.

I had them for about three months and actually lost them (not cool) in an apartment move. I hadn't experienced that issue (was using a galaxy s8) but if that many people are... You may want to buy via something like amazon who have a good return policy, just in case. I agree the large number of people complaining is a bit of a worry. I just made a review of AKG N700NC headphones which you can check out. They're my new travel headphones!

You should do another review on these. The only reason I have not purchase these earbuds is bc I have seen plenty of reviews that the left earbud gives out after a month or so of usage.
I mean, if you buy it off a reseller, you'll get full 2 years of warranty. If you want to know if they're any good, you can basically count on you having working earphones for 2 years. The downside is the hassle of possibly having to go back to the reseller and have them fix/replace the earphones.
I haven't, though another commenter on this video had the experience where one earbud was quieter than the other... definitely something I'll be watching out for...
Gone through 3 pairs in 6 months that keep having this problem. Returned the first two for replacements, but gave up after the third one stopped working correctly. Samsung replaced them for free each time, but it keeps reoccurring so I don’t recommend them

I ordered a pair and they came in unable to pair properly. Sound shot back and forth. I couldn't update them either. Kept saying the batteries were too low even though they showed a full charge in the gear app. Sent them back. I think it's hit or miss with them.
My take is yes, but based on a lot of feedback I would say make sure you buy through a company like Amazon so you can return easily in case you have issues like you'll read in these comments. I didn't experience these problems but it looks like quite a few people did..

I am eyeing the Samsung mainly for the on board storage, but your listing made me consider my reasons again :) (I AM an avid runner, but never run without my phone, but that could change, IF I find the sound of the samsungs sufficient.)
A year is about all you'll get like most Samsung accessories, there is a reason why they give them away during promotions. After a year you'll see dramatic battery drain & constant disconnects. Just glad mine were free with my Note 9. Feel bad for anyone who paid asking.

Can you change KM to MILES? Thanks
abrahizzzle I've used both and will say that the Airpods ARE simpler to use with Apple devices but the sound and fit is essentially like the Earpods. Plus the lack of controls kind of makes it a pain. The IconX is way better in my opinion.
Well if you are looking for earbuds for phone calls, do not let SAMSUNG OR AT&T bamboozle you into purchasing these. Now that I have watched several videos, I am convinced that I now know why Samsung Customer Service always evade my question of are these geared more towards music listening and health than actual making or taking calls!! AT&T hooked me into buying them when I was going to get the neck bluetooth device for phone calls. They said these were better for phone calls. We bought two pair. $400!!! Since November, we've had to send them back . Got the new pair and the bluetooth connection will not stay during calls. The left buds do NOT work at all during calls. I am in the process of filing a consumer complaint because neither SAMSUNG nor AT&T want to refund my money or deal with the issue besides constantly wanting to send new pairs out that have the SAME PROBLEM. I say DO NOT waste your money. My first pair worked 2 weeks. I'm a very responsible and careful person with my things. This other pair I just got lasted 4 days. Now they want to send ANOTHER pair. Yeah I don't want another pair! Looking at your review and others, I see people are getting these for listening to music. I was not told by the rep at AT&T that these were more for that! Some one is going to pay dearly for this lack of consumer care!!
I live in a slightly sketchy neighborhood and will be using the mp3 storage for sure! Dont even feel comfortable pulling out my phone to check the time walking.

Are you lying to yourself and to us? The batteries suck. They are discharging regardless being used or not, they last about 7 hours even if not in use. Today for example, I was testing it, using it for about 1 hour and then put them down for 6 hours. Left one had about 20% juice and the right one 0. And Samsung is doing smart thing, it’s just about impossible to reach them about the problem by email. They never turn off with app, or without up. They just go to sleep and the batteries are draining just as much, or almost as much in sleep mode as if you would be using them. The things have to be practically glued to the charging case. Samsung burned me again.
You should probably have read reviews about microphones prior to making this video. Unprofessional and so difficult to hear and understand. Very poor quality.

Haven't tried the airpods, but heard they're amazing. Just got these and I don't really care to try airpods. These 2018s are so good! Love them!
