You may find yourself comparing your life with someone on social media or with a utopian (or rather, dystopian) version of yourself that you have cooked up due to the rampant consumerism in our society. Even if comparison is not something that is driving it, it is still very common to feel discontented with your current life situation simply because there is so much still left to achieve, buy, consume, etc.

    Good work as always Chetan!
    I have a practice I call One Voice at a time, to process the multiple inner truths which we are comprised by: The Child, The Animal, The Protector and The Judge. The Child is the dreamer, the animal is the body and nervous system and base needs, the protector wants to keep us safe, and the judge wants the world to be fair. Each has its shadow aspect which we dwell in and "struggle" with when we don't allow their voice, they become The Wounded Child, The Beast, The Critic and The Victim. Think about this deeply.
