Hopefully, they will keep coming out with them. I loved the pineapple, basil, cucumber and pine. I dont know why I dislike Amber so much but I just dont care for it. Wish I did. I like it in some FOs but not in other's.
Love your videos, thanks!! And ... muguet is simply the french translation of "Lily of the Valley" :) I was reading that name and I was wondering what flower was that, until I saw the picture and yelled to the hubby "Dang it's just muguet" !! What a "fancy" way to call it :P Like you did but the other way around! 😂😂
I use them to bump up my existing fragrance oils , like some pines I find need a boost so I use the pine blending element, same with the cinnamon, I had to use it to get a good cinnamon apple , the scents change once blended with an existing fragrance oil and brings it up a notch .
I believe the blending elements where meant to Amp-up already existing oils. For example if you want to increase Bergamot note on matcha and bergamot. It wasn't meant as a starter kit to become a perfumer. That's why they are called blending elements.
Thanks! Yeah they’re being marketed as an enhancer and also to make your own blends using just the elements. You absolutely can do both. People in the groups have been talking about these in relation to perfume as well so I touched on all points.
Thanks for your awesome review! I just ordered a couple elements to try to “amp” up a couple of perfume blends….thinking and hoping these might work more like a fixative. Thoughts???
Thank you, Terri! These elements can definitely amp up your perfume blends though they won’t perform as a fixative. If you want something like that I suggest you check out glucam p-20.
I was confused by the element oils because I thought what’s the point lol. Think I’m starting to understand the purpose. Blending to add more of that pure scent someone might be looking for. Great to see your beautiful face lady!
Yes! A great way to pump up a particular note though, I’d argue that it’s not worth to use the ones that smell artificial. It’ll throw the whole thing off. Thank you, Brandy 🥰
13:02 oh! I had CS cinnamon stick nearby. The single note is very fireball whiskey while stick is slightly muted, not as in your face. Stick could be better for those with allergies/headaches perhaps.
There are quite a few single notes that I feel are missing. Red berries for sure - an orange, almond, sage, musk, cherry blossom, black or pink pepper, violet, mint….
Good content, thank you. I have to ask. Do you purposely tone your accent down? If so, let it rip ! Not to detract away from the educational aspect of what you do at all. Your comedic tones are needing to take off! Thanks !
I’ve been out of Boston for over two decades so it’s definitely not as strong. Some words are stuck forevah and others I’ve completely lost the accent!
@@couturehomeandbody well then I will just have to tune into the shows and appreciate the knowledge I am being given and hope for a good old Boston blast! Thanks I appreciate your content.
You look radiant, friend! Loved hearing your opinions on these!
Thank you, babe! 😘 🗿

😂 Def a fancy way to say it. It’s all in the marketing!
Thank you for this video!
Thanks for being here, Liz! ❤️
Finally!! 😊🥰💜
🤣 I love you! 🥰😘
8:29 yes! I want to plant lily otv everywhere.
SAME! I am so in love with it. When I first smelled it I didn’t like it but she has grown on me 🥰

Thanks for sharing! That’s how I used the smoke element. I needed a little boost that was straight up.

I should’ve pulled my cinnamon stick out! Yeah the single note smelled like shredded cinnamon stick. Very potent!
I want them to make a red berries accord. Ive noticed its a favorite of mine in perfumes and Ive had trouble recreating it.

5:38 I’m getting a lemon candy from this one, I have one in mind but I can’t remember the name!
Was it lemon heads? If you think of it lmk! It was simply too sweet for a one note lemon scent.
Morning!
Good morning! ☀️
10:45 I thought I was going noseblind. Sandalwood very light
Suuuuper light. When blended it shines.
7:53 mothballs 😂
Right? Just me?!
