- In our third Altered TCG gameplay video using the fan-made exAltered digital platform, we pit the athletic Bravos against the studious Yzmir! Might meets Magic - while Yzmir is known for their control playstyle, but can Jordan keep up with the speed of Dan's Bravos blitz?

Have you put any thought into some paper gameplay vids for altered? That would be pretty cool!
Congratz on the win in game 3! Also a great blowout one at that, nice. Tbh these two factions seem a bit boring to me though. The others are way cooler, for instance with the mass passive dudes, the mass permanents, the mass anchored, or the dice rolling. If I would buy and commit to this game after the KS, I'd probably go all in with Lyra or Ordis. Thanks for the overview in any event. Would love some more Altered videos. Subbed!

About ExAltered, i just found the 0.50 RC3 versione, and the server now runs the 0.6. Do you know where i could find it? Thanks! Seems like a really interesting project!

Game is cool but i just dont see how you get the LGSs to invest in it. Even if you gave them a lot of OP support with cool prizing, you have to convice them to buy into the PoD. Not sure how much cards will hold value.
LGSes will sell booster packs just like every other game. PoD only applies to cards you already have registered via opening them in a booster pack or buying from another player, which is no different than any other TCG on the market.
@@MaindeckGames yes. But people will not need to open packs at all for casual gaming. Which is most of the hobby. Stores will have to crack most of their product to make money same with most games, difference being casual players will have almost 0 incentive to buy anything. Why would i pay for singles if my buddy can just print what he already owns.
I think anyone can do that with any game by making proxies if they are that frugally inclined - plus, Uniques will remain a significant draw to open packs either way. But we'll have to see how it all pans out because all either of us could do right now is speculate!
@@MaindeckGames Proxies would take significantly more effort than just ordering another copy of your deck. And the unique chase is only going to be relevant if there is a competitive circuit with enough steam behind it to drive the secondary market.
I am really interested in this. Art is really nice, i like that it is not just my dudes hit your dudes. I really want to know the cost of the POD tho
The cost is being finalized, but the aim is $1 per card at the smallest orders, and decreasing with larger orders. That cost is the same for both foils and nonfoils, and LGSes will be able to host group POD orders to help everyone meet any ordering minimums if you just need a single card or two.
