Treetown's merely okay. It's relatively new addition to Pattaya. I actually prefer the older haunts of Soi Chayapoon, Soi Buakhao and Soi 7&8. Along with Beach Rd of course. Screw walking street and its Western prices.

That Beerhub has another venue on the beach road. Expensive also but sometimes I like to treat myself like you with Guinness. On afternoon it’s a great place to enjoy the sun and do some people watching
The Chow Mein place in front of Climax has moved to the alley next to Sugar Sugar (off LKM). Apparently the Fish & Chips lady has retired. IMO the best place for Guinness is Maggie Mays in Pothole (still not cheap though). I believe 'Candy Floss' is owned by the 'Candy Club' guy. I found most of the places on the west and north side of Tree Town lacked atmosphere. Probably because they're quite big and have high ceilings, so the often look empty even with a few customers in.

Prefer Myth Night bar complex to Tree Town , plenty of wknd freelancers in the Candy bar on the edge of tree town , you missed the Rodeo bull Wyn behind you at 7.50 .
They were moved because the new owners of KINGKONG asked for them to be moved before he bought the bar Not very nice was Thai peoples livings and the food was always a good munchie when on the way home drunk
vlogs ive seen over the last few weeks show kingkong bar nearly empty .That area didnt need a crappy sports bar ,but did need chow mein charlies and the so called fish and chip lady next to it who is a lovely lady .I hope somehow that they can both return so i can have fishcake and chips when i come in december.
Without reading all your coments (sorry) but i think the food vendors where moved on because of KingKing! Also another youtube site (cant remember which one) said the soi thru LK Metro is privately owned by the LK group! Dont know how true that is. Keep up the good work. Will buy you a beer or soda water if i see you next year !👍
