If you have a pasta roller/maker, you can use it instead of a rolling pin and end up with a consistent thickness of your choice in a nice rectangular shape.
Then just cut into appropriate sizes.

Who try it?
when u teaching a dish no matter what dish ensure all ingrident with perfect and correct measurement.. now days ppl use scale in gram or oz.. at home we have a cup with different size. convert cup to gram more easier. but here u miss a measurement of water cant just ask people use water with correct amount without give exactly we need it. either the dough can be too soft or to hard cause of water. i see this is failed. but salute u for giving the receipe but not in order..
The quantity of water differs with the flour.
Due to the humidity of different regions and the moisture content of different flout brands the amount of water required differs so you have to go by texture.
If you can't tell what the dough should feel like, you failed. The rest of us who have common sense know how to add water without making it a flour soup
