Lublin - a capital of my region I live in. I used to study there in Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. Also my cousins live there. I like Lublin very much.

Renovating Lublin’a old town building it’s not problematics because of costs. Problems exist due to proprietary issues as during communism random people were moved on to the old town. Thus in 70’s, 80’s and 90’s in the old town shady people lived who didn’t care about building because it wasn’t been their but common, then after 1989 randomly some became owners. When they left old town for a new district Wrotków, old town got open for citizens. And its development exaggerated. So to sum up Lublin old town it’s not fully renovated because it was opened for normal people quite recently in the end of 90’s.
If you would like to experience why old town hasn’t been properly managed by previous community, visit the Bronowice district and then u can feel like going back in time.
