@@JoeDoe2 Right. Drinking the water is something you could avoid, but showering or bathing in it would not be good. In haboob season, or any windy day . . . the mine tailings dust would be blowing around for you to inhale -- that's where the gas mask would be an absolute must (lol! But not funny if you live there.)😷🤿

When you first passed her tiny home, I thought it was on a concrete foundation and wondered "How did they work that deal out?" Then I rewound it and it was just wooden boards she had propped up against it, covering the openings around it for some reason. I couldn't see any tires from that angle, but if you see her again, please ask if she has to move it periodically to keep the tires from being ruined sitting in the same spot. If it doesn't have wheels, then I don't know what makes up the foundation, or how she got it there, or if they sold her a lot and it's now immovable until the next owner buys the whole thing. It would be interesting to know, for me anyway. Thanks for the tour, we can all store in our memory banks for later. Who knows what might happen to some of us. I sure don't. I would be showing up to the picnic with my peanut butter sandwich, and I doubt three picnic tables will be enough. I had to google Earthship. Never heard of it. Not sure how many people would converse that way with a stranger pointing a cell phone at them, but I'm glad she did. I wonder who Julian is.
