Just b/c it wasn’t shown on camera doesn’t mean it wasn’t done. He didn’t tip anyone on camera in this episode and that includes the white waiter and the tow truck drivers…I am positive Dennis tipped the good folks that offered their services to him in this episode.
what a kick ass restaurant and excellent staff. Exactly what a sit in restaurant is supposed to be. Treat you like a king and super professional and courteous. Excellent people. Love it.

@@Bugholeexcalibur the food at prairie street brewing was wonderful though no waygu steak today ☹️ the Korean street tacos awesome,the Mac n cheese outstanding and drunken Cuban melt yummy topped off with a rootbeer float. I highly recommend this place, worth the trip. The building they’re in is architecturally pleasing as well

I would say the food is better than the cars
The production value is so good in these videos. No annoying music obscuring dialogue, no scripted interactions trying to fit a square peg of creating a narrative into the round hole of "reality", very respectful bunch of people conducting business in a very professional, honest, ethical, and personable way. These things make for a great presentation. The icing on the cake for me is the way Dennis likes drop the name of the restaurants he eats at and help out small businesses wherever he goes; The tips and extra cash he gives to kids and hard working wait staff really shows that he takes the time to think about somebody other than himself. Great job!

That's awesome that 68 Charger has the factory hub caps still on it. That is something you don't see anymore they are aftermarket rims or just steel rim with no covers. So awesome

That's so cool I was opening my shop last week and seen your truck and trailer at Cracker Barrel early in the morning .. I told my Team look across the street that is Dennis Collins rig they all laugh at me and said he would not pull a trailer with plywood on the side who was right Boss as usual... I couldn't be more delighted that I found this show. It could easily run on any big network platform. I not only watch to see and enjoy the cars, but, I cant wait to see what culinary delight will be presented in each episode. And the icing on the cake...Dennis is one really cool guy.

My father had the same Ramcharger in the same color with oversized wheels and tires that he would take my Mom every year to the LL Bean factory in Maine from Maryland.
My 16 year olds daily driver is an 86 RamCharger 4x4 360. Great truck!
What do you guys have a standard package for like air tire pumps and stuff like that in the little wheel dollies you should always take that with you no matter where you go it’s just my opinion

What a great video better than TV! That triple white Charger is something else. I am a Jaguar expert as I started my career in 94 selling Jaguars here in England, that's a late XJ40 XJ6 finished in Sapphire Blue with Oatmeal Hide I reckon probably a 4.0 AJ16 engine which was superb!
