Just installed mine on my 120. It's impossible with the brackets on the outside, just possible with them all on the inside you may even have to move a bracket or 2 to the outside and have the rest on the inside. Bring a tall mate because you might have to take it on and off a couple of times.
Hi there - I followed these instructions as is. All worked well until I found the passenger seat belts were damp from water leaking through the racks. I will follow suggestions in this group to use Sikaflex and see if that works.
Hi @@yifulei681 The mounting points on the roof rack are in different locations, the rack for 120 Prado doesn't match the patterns on the 150. We don't have any type of adapter or rail kit to make it work. You could cut and weld and repaint etc, but you're probably better off selling the rack for 120 and buying yourself a purpose fit for 150.

hi guys thanks for providing "a how to vid" all worked well, but l reckon a large washer should be placed behind the roof bracket cover plates
Hi Rod, thanks for your feedback. We'll pass this on to our development team. Did you have any specific reason why you'd do this?
I have found that with the 120 it isn't as wide as the 150 so the brackets are to be on the 2 inner holes on the rack
So does this mean a tray works on 120 can also work on a 150?
Is there a video showing how to seal roof bolts to prevent leaks?
Fekumi Ofamooni hi, you can use Sikaflex. Unfortunately no video yet. But will get one done.
Are the bolt holes already in the car where you put the mounts
Hi Darren yes in the Prado 120 and 150 the bolt holes are already in the roof channel
Hi I’m wondering if the bolt holes are in the same positions for 120&150. I want fit a tray from a 120 to my 150.
Hi Yifu Lei, no they're not.
OCAM 4x4 Accessories - VIC is it possible to DIY it into a fit?

The people you find on Facebook. Where abouts are you based
Hi Todd, we're in Campbellfield Vic, and Rocklea QLD
put some sealer on the roof bolts or they WILL leak
Ray Desfor mine is leaking through passenger side on to seat belt.
@Fekumi did it stop after you used a sealer?
