Hello Hema ji- I live in the US and saw your Dahi Paneer cooking episode. I can make good thai, italian food and some Indian dishes. But after seeing this episode 3-4 times, I got it all in my head and made it tonite for dinner for my kids. They loved and so did I. So, thank you so much for your easy to make cooking show. Fresh cream can be used in the end but it may no make the curry thick. You could try though

Hema-ji, please start a oil-free recipe series as many of us are suffering from high BP and diabetes.

For high bp, reduce salt and start exercising. For diabetes reduce rice, quit white flour, avoid all sugars ( pastries, sodas, juices..) and again start exercising as well. Avoiding oil won't help you😉 just reduce the taste🫣
