Probably because building and maintaining a genuine relationship like you do irl is all boring and time consuming and shit. “Here, have fifty bananas, bananas are your love language!” is a lot easier than planning date nights! And of course I imagine from a development standpoint “clicky button give thing, stat go up” is much simpler to code than a really deep management sim.
I mean, there are services that let you license your personality in AI chatbots already! I'd look into it, but I don't think anybody wants a yandere chatbot with my level of ADHD.

Damn that quality on this channel just keeps going over the roof! Amazing work as always! It's really interesting to me that hearing the listener try to evade her and lie to her makes me think "dude, that's absolutely gonna screw us over later don't do it" but it's also completely understandable, because there have been moments in my life that I've gotten scared or panicked, and the thing is, we probably would do some of these decisions as well cause in said moments I really couldn't think clearly on what was best to do.

I'm usually fairly calm in a crisis (comes from having so much experience with them, heh) but something completely off the wall like getting sucked into a game with a murderer would throw me for such a loop I'd be making all the wrong choices.

I have no clue how you do it, honestly bravo, managing to fit all of this in a single month and just absolutely blowing my socks off like that. This one was clearly quite the project too and as much as I hate video editing I could only imagine what the editor software screen looked like when you were finally done with this video.

When I'm feeling bored with a trope (which happens so, SO often) I try to dive into stuff that's older than what's currently out there boring me. It often ends up feeling really fresh! I know of some notable isekai anime from the 90's by reputation (Now and Then, Here and There; Escaflowne; Rayearth; Fushigi Yugi; InuYasha.) They might be a nice switch if you're interested in that sort of thing.

When I'm feeling bored with a trope (which happens so, SO often) I try to dive into stuff that's older than what's currently out there boring me. It often ends up feeling really fresh! I know of some notable isekai anime from the 90's by reputation (Now and Then, Here and There; Escaflowne; Rayearth; Fushigi Yugi; InuYasha.) They might be a nice switch if you're interested in that sort of thing.

This video is actually five scripts in one, so in a way the audience already got a sequel or four! There aren't any more scripts in the series at this time, but even if there were (or if there someday are!) I likely won't be doing something like this for awhile. It was a lot of work!
