Hey Sharon! Anything will work, even stainless steel as long as it can accommodate your loaf, and as long as the lid creates a good seal. It needs to be oven safe or course!

That’s amazing Aneela. It’s attractive and am sure yummy. I love crusty bread and particularly Olive bread. Your Dad and I used to go all the way up on Keele to Highway 7 every Saturday morning, just for Crusty Olive Bread. Definitely going to make my own. 👌👌😍😍
There are no preservatives so I would try to eat it within 2 to 3 days. But we love bread so much in our house that we eat the whole thing in one day 🤣

How long does the loaf lasts outside the fridg?
There are no preservatives so I would try to eat it within 2 to 3 days. But we love bread so much in our house that we eat the whole thing in one day 🤣
