    G'day mate.
I'm from Wollongong and I got myself in a bit of a hole with my moke.
    Thanks for the great guide.

This is fantastic. It’s awesome to see you starting on another project and have binge watched the first 5 this morning. The original green is a great colour, hopefully you’ll be returning it to that colour.
Loved the Cooper project vids and helped me with some of the work I’m doing on my MK1 850 so can’t wait to see this series unfold.

    Hey Mate,
Awesome idea to do a series on a Moke, I am part way through restoring a Moke and found there were limited videos and info on Moke resto’s aswell
I look forward to watching the build 👍
I too had a lot of rust in the front footwell and if i had my time again would nave replaced the toeboard/firewall panel due to the amount of work to do, between the floor and toeboard /fierwall there is a total of 3 panels that overlap each other to strengthen the points the K Frame mounts to.

Welcome to team Moke! Do the sub frames need any repairs? It might be worth getting them blasted.

The front frame was sand blasted but they didn't coat it so it rusted. Only minor welding repairs needed on it.

I’ve just done repair under the battery box. I would expect you might have some holes there too. I had to replace the brackets in there too. Hours of fun!

Looks like it’s going to be a fun project!
I’ve got a spare 1098 engine in the garage if you want a little more power?

Hello, Do you mind sharing the price you paid for the project in this condition. I have come across a similar project for sale at the moment.

Price for projects will always vary because of what comes with or doesn't come with the project. I have seen projects in the similar condition to mine cost anything between $2000 to $5000, location also affects the price.
