You're right Fr. Only 139 times in 2000 years have Eucharist miracles been confirmed and approved but there have been thousands of other Eucharistic miracles that have been simpler, drawing less attention. God gives us these miracles particularly where faith in the Real Presence is lacking.
The Lord is in charge. He gets to do what He wants when He wants because He is God. We don't have to know why, just that He is in control and he loves us! Praise the Lord! Man needs to know his place. Last rung on the totem pole is where we belong!

God is showing the world that what unbelievers call bread is in fact THE BODY OF CHRIST and wine THE BLOOD of CHRIST. This happens at the substantiation. This is what makes the Catholic faith different from other denominations
