I love coffee, I like it cold or hot. At night I drink coffee sometimes, and I'm still able to sleep.
I struggle buying stuff for men, when I buy things for my dad he most of the time either loses it or doesn't even use it. The only thing that my dad has used that I have bought for him were wireless earbuds. For your mom it's quite simple, if she like make up you can get her a gift card for ulta or sephora. I once painted a canvas of my mom's favorite birds and flowers(hummingbirds and bird of paradise flower) and she liked it. Or if she likes doing her hair maybe a curling iron or a portable mirror with led lights. Or her favorite flowers, honestly when I guy gifts us something we're happy with anything because we know that they were thinking about us and that they did it from their heart, so anything you give her she'll like it.

I love tea. i can't stand coffee tho. It smells very bitter and it gives me old poet vibes like almost dead type of old. Poet. I just don't like it. Tea tho.... I love.
