For moving around in the sheets, have a comforter nearby so that you can shake it or move it around your own body. Experiment with it, have fun! Trust me when I say that making your own sound effects is so much more efficient and less stressful than finding sfx on the internet. Sure, look for them when you need to, but sometimes it's better to make your own.
