Its absurd that SG is toeing that Congress's all accounts are frozen!! The govt has stated very clearly that it's frozen only upto some 150 CR or so which it has to pay to ITax dept. Do you think this would have happened now, just before elections after a court denied AK protection in the case, if he had attended the first summons months ago?:Or is AAP deliberating doing this ( not attending summons calls) to play the victim card just before the elections elections.? The liquor case has been going on for the last two years. ED must have quite competent officers..why take more than two years time and just summon before election.Had Kejriwal been running out of country then you could have attested him but it's not the case. ED could have gone to court and after getting a court order they could have definitely. questioned him. All the tainted leaders who have earlier got ED notice have joined BJP and the case dropped.. why..? You seem to be completely blindfolded. History will never forgive you

GDP growth number alone doesn't tell the whole truth. GVA as a component of GDP has grown only by 6.5%. It is the Net Taxes that has hugely increased despite the average GVA, and projected a so-called 8% GDP. Govt has tweaked the Net Taxes by denying Subsidies for the poor in the first half of the fiscal year. And now, the election drama has started.... So these ruling clowns will start doling out everything till the election is over. They already started with reducing the petrol price by 2 rupees this week.

Because BJ Party’s pet ED has invoked the PMLA. You are treated as guilty unless proven innocent unlike other laws where you are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. In PMLA, jail is the norm and bail is exception unlike other laws where bail is the norm and jail is the exception. This is why Satender Jain and Manish Sisodia (and now Kejriwal) can continue to languish in “remand” without trial. Courts have commented multiple times that there is no money trail so far.
PMLA is like the UAPA of financial crimes. Easy to put anyone you don’t like behind bars without trial or evidence.
According to Section 45 of the PMLA, bail can be granted to an accused in a money laundering case only if twin conditions are satisfied - there should be prima facie satisfaction that the accused has not committed the offence and that he is not likely to commit any offence while on bail.
The sad part in the AAP episode is that the people of Delhi have been made fools, and those who were at the receiving end of AAP at one point in time are supporting them today. I can't believe what sheila Dikshit will be thinking if she is alive and seeing the antiques of her son.
SG it's not about the seats but the thought process behind this, the AAP narrative of anticorruption is being completly blown apart by this scandal and wheter you like it or not, BJP is garnering that narrative across the nation which has a much more prominence for BJP in the long run.
I have been listening to Shekar ji on many occasions earlier and I was of the impression that he is a biased journalist. However, today hearing this conversation I feel he spoke rational except for tilt towards kajerewal as he didn't utter any word about his corruption. Jails are granted by Courts and any offender is to be produced before courts within 24 hours of his arrest
.If there were no proofs why court didn't release kajerewal and also not granted bail to other AAP leaders who r hiring the most expensive lawyers of the country.

Believe it or not the business class in Delhi have a much larger votebank for AAP than one would expect. BJP probably has some confidence wrt the Bihar and UP diaspora after the elections in Bihar but AAP definitely has an entrenched base in Delhi.

Indians can buy food and other essentials at lower prices because we get them cheaper in India.
