I'm having trouble removing the choke cable. It's the only thing left holding the carb to the quad. It had a steady diet of 87 with 10% ethenol under its previous owner, and is in dire need of a rebuild. Any tricks I should know about?

I didn't see you take out the pilot screw because it has a spring,washer and a o-ring

Was the float pin stiff coming out afraid of Breaking the aluminum ears off, mine are tight.
you refer to the right and left air tubes, one end is on the carb where does the other end go?

I have the same carb but i messed something up putting back together. ethier the jet main or the pilot screw was wrong adjustment and idea to help

That carb is 40 to 50 bucks but other than that nice video
You now can buy a carb for 40 bucks

that peace that came off the bottem of the carerator is the overflow when the caberrator is fuleof gas that fas will come out of that hole
how did you fix this issue?
they don't go any where. I have mine tucked into the frame tab right under the right side plastic grommet for the seat.
Jerkson Haze thanks...im gonna cut some new line for mine about 8 inches long and ziptie them both to the frame.
