Hi Mike, you'd want to go with the universal harness for a 94 Wing. Check my site and look in the left column for the trailer wiring category. The universal kits are number 4 and 5 on the list.

Does the hazard work

I didn't include that in the video but yes. The hazards are activating the same signal circuits as the turns so if the turns work, the hazards will as well.
