Got this bad boy LNIB for $425 lightly used and man oh man am I diggin it! Ain’t no way I’m ever spending $1500 let alone $700 for a brand new marker. The used market is unbeatable.
the oled reads you pressures and tells you when you need to service the gun. They also made a wireless disconnect from the frame to the body and the oled is capable of easy updates and revision including a rechargable battery. They didnt need to make any difference to the bolt system itself.
+Paintball Noob It "seems"? Have you actually read the specs for this? This is a massive improvement. Stay on that Dye hating fad, though. It's fitting, though, with your username
+Miste-R-Inc The rechargeable battery is removable, but you can not connect a normal 9v battery. We do not know if Dye will be offering a replacement battery sold seperately, but we assume you will be able to get an extra.
+BernieZurdo The main screen is protected by a thick layer of flexible plastic and the grips also have a lens over the cutout for the board. There are two solid layers of protection before you get to the actual screen.
+DaVondre Jackson I will ask the video guys if they can do a maintenance video for the Spyder/Azodin style of marker. We are doing some videos on the new guns coming out so it might be a while.
i moved from Florida to Virginia and before i moved i sold my axe and all my stuff ( i4s,pod pack, pods, tank, caddy, rotor, pants) what do you guys think the best setup would be starting new? haven't played in about 6 months either but used to work at a paintball field in florida.
+football “and” raves The "best" setup would depend on your budget and preference honestly. You can't go wrong with another axe, a basic compressed air tank, and a dye rotor for a solid and reliable setup.
is the rechargeable battery removable? can I put a Duracell in if I didn't charge the rechargeable or if the rechargeable decides not to charge or craps up if I'm at the field?
+Bawla187 The rechargeable battery is removable, but you can not connect a normal 9v battery. We do not know if Dye will be offering a replacement battery sold seperately, but we assume you will be able to get an extra.
+ANSgearPaintball Thanks guys, I'm actually gonna go ahead and pick up the CS1, pre ordering mine asap. I'll make sure to check out you guys review for sure though! Thanks a lot!
Well I have a nt11 and well I cracked the eye pipe by doing maintenance on the Bolt then connecting it to hpa to check for leaks no leaks Disconnected at from HPA and then I shot it with no Barrel to clear the air out of the gun and my eye pipe comes flying out
H.Cruzz10 Remove all the shims from the reg. If thats still doesnt help, use a reg extender with a pin valve or switch reg to a traditional Ninja pin valve reg.
+ANSgearPaintball Mike on techpb has done a rewiev on the first one.operation preasure is 110psi i easily the smoothest Gun in the world. (also called the pikkadoll )
the Dye m2 looks great, digging all the new features
looks waaaaaaaaaaay better than the CS1 imo, Dye totally took away Planets spotlight this time
+PelleyJ Just wait for the CS1 review video. There are some pretty cool and new innovative features on that gun too.
+ANSgearPaintball okay, maybe I might like it but idk, I do like how they now take AA batteries though
+ANSgearPaintball id love to see a comparison video, especially an air efficiency and battery usage comparison.
+Alex Thomson We will be releasing all of the same types of videos for the CS1 when we have one available. Hopefully within the next week or two.
Nothing the Vanquish didnt already do. Good job DYE.

Great gun! I love your vids ans gear! Keep them coming! And I hope in the future you can actually do test videos like actually shooting the gun.
+InsertGamePlayItRageQuit A shooting video is in the works.
Ok your channel is very helpful and cool. I hope you can grow your channel to be the best!
Bravo, Dye!
Great job.
God I can't wait to get one this is the gun that's gonna get into speedball
I knew dye would come out with something big
+SnapShooterTV I wouldn't call this big, it seems like all they did was add a oled screen and a new loking bolt, but thats just me

+Paintball Noob

It's not like Dye is the first to come up with digital PSI readings...
+Paintball Noob But hopefully they will be the first to actually make it work right. the Cyborg 6 had a ton of issues with theirs.
The only reason I am excited this came out is because the DM14 will be cheaper...
ohmergerd! the gun has a bomb in the handle!!!!!
this comment..... xD
LOVEEEEEE that shot counter
been out of the game a few years, omg things have change and gotten expensive. pretty cool though.
Can you replace the Li-ion battery with another DYE Li-ion battery for when the cell loses its power after a few years? I'm just thinking ahead.
+Miste-R-Inc The rechargeable battery is removable, but you can not connect a normal
9v battery. We do not know if Dye will be offering a replacement battery

That's good to hear! Thanks for the reply.
Can u use a different battery
What happens if the screen get a direct close shot? Does it have a thick glass? did Dye tried that? Awesome review as always!
+BernieZurdo The main screen is protected by a thick layer of flexible plastic and the grips also have a lens over the cutout for the board. There are two solid layers of protection before you get to the actual screen.
+ANSgearPaintball great! Thanks for the answer!
I love the dye m2
Holy shit! dye with an oled screen.
Can u please do Llke maintenance videos or a walk through of the Azodin blitz evo
+DaVondre Jackson I will ask the video guys if they can do a maintenance video for the Spyder/Azodin style of marker. We are doing some videos on the new guns coming out so it might be a while.
Luxe ice or m2 mosair? I can’t freaking decide.
is there a way to disable the service settings?

Ok thank you :)
whats the length of the barrel?

wow I hope planet eclipse see this and setup up there game I am pop it fan
Did you just took the gun out of the case by the trigger ? I mean why... Sorry just grinds my cautious gears ..
Just ordered a mos air from you guys, can i use a regular ninja reg with all the shims in it with this gun? or a pro v2/low pressure? thanks.
you can use either, doesn't matter
would the board with the Oled be transferable to another Dye Marker ??
No
I honestly can't chose between this or the CS1...
+Gabriel Currier We should be releasing a CS1 review video within the next couple weeks. Stay posted for all of the information.
+ANSgearPaintball Thanks guys, I'm actually gonna go ahead and pick up the CS1, pre ordering mine asap. I'll make sure to check out you guys review for sure though! Thanks a lot!

Sean Spencer hahaaa. Never ever ..ever,ever,ever. Fire ur marker without a barrel. Lololol. NEVER!!!! [Under pressure]....
Can you do wireless charging?
This marker is equipped with CFC (Cable Free Charging).
Set up your charging pad or charging stand and never have to plug in your M2 again
How did you manage to turn on your asa with such ease? It's so hard for me to turn it on with my ninja pro v2 ref any help?
Reg*
The ball valve on the Ninja tanks can be hard to turn on depending on the gun. The M2 lever is much easier to operate than older DM guns.
+ANSgearPaintball do you have any suggestions on how to make it easier? I feel like I'm going to break it every time I use all my force to turn it on
H.Cruzz10 Remove all the shims from the reg. If thats still doesnt help, use a reg extender with a pin valve or switch reg to a traditional Ninja pin valve reg.
Mellowman Mace yeah I did the shims thing and it helped thank you very much man
What is the 2 switches on the right side of the board labels 1 & 2 ?
1 has no function and 2 controls tournament lock.
Dude I'm sold. A local shop can sell me a new one for $950. I'm guessing that's a good buy?
dude thats a crazy good deal
Sooooooooo dope!
What happens if I used field paint :( m field doesn't allow outside paint
You can use other brands of paint. it'll be fine as long as you get the right size and it's been stored properly.
TronChris Vs Gaming most field paint is pretty good. It's not cheap paint. There hard hitting rentals (tippmanns) handle it.
Can you put rotor speed feeds on R2s?
+SimpsonvilleSavages Woodsball/Tactical/Speedball No, it must be R2 specific.
+ANSgearPaintball K Thanks
can you program the board on the usb software?
+johan karlsson Yes, you can change the settings through the USB software.
+ANSgearPaintball sweet!! a Quick question du you know what a swedish Gun called regancy crome ? ever shot one and are the wanted in the us?
I have never heard of that marker before.
+ANSgearPaintball Mike on techpb has done a rewiev on the first one.operation preasure is 110psi i easily the smoothest Gun in the world. (also called the pikkadoll )
DM15+Virtue oled...check
+Honey Badger There is a big difference between the M2 and DM-15. They are barely comparable.
makes me regret buying a dm15 last feb.
