I checked both on one carvava offered me 400 more, on my wife's vehicle CarMax offered 4000 more! Lesson is, check both.

My brother drives for Carvana. He said the didn't pick up for safety reasons. Rain + hill = no. The driver can injure themselves or damage your property, hence the rescheduling of the pickup.
I don’t know about Carvana but I have good experiences with CarMax for selling my last two cars. CM offered better deals than the AutoNation and other dealers in my area. The difference is $1,500 to $2,000.
Oh men. The Palisade Is a gorgeous looking car. But it is horrible when you get to around 50k miles. It starts burning oil like crazy. Mine burns about 4 quarts of oil in 2k miles, my neighbors burn a little bit less at 3.8 quarts in 2k miles. And the dealer is telling us both that the manufacturer says it's within spec so there's nothing they can do. I know 2 other people going through the same thing that I met at the dealer, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated problem

So you complain the entire time how they couldn't pick up the vehicle same day and they left it on your driveway and you had no acess to the car and yet caravana is the better option? That makes no sense at all.
From a financial viewpoint it is. One day in the driveway wasn’t great but got several thousand more for it

Exactly. I checked a month ago just for fun on my car and the Carmax offer was higher by $3000.
I sold to Carmax for $2200 over the Carvana offer. It was a seamless experience@@JustMe99999
This was the opposite for me this time. Usually it’s the case where carmax IS higher but not on this car
carmax offered more money than carvana for me.

Why not just sell it private you would get way more
Selling a car private can be a nightmare here in Texas hundreds of Cartel backed scam artist come out of the woodwork and quite often you lose your car and not end up with a penny and the cops just could care less...
