as a diamond oni, him being the only one in F tier hurts. i get where you're coming from though. the hitbox is pretty bipolar, either you hit nothing or you hit everything, no in between honestly. i'm convinced it got silently buffed. i always like playing against oni because i find him the scariest to play against with not knowing how many people are left or who you can trust. but hey, everyone has their opinion and i understand yours. i agree with most of your other placements except for samsonite, yeah he's goofy, he dances and whatnot but the rng factor of him being able to spawn on you and make you dance till you're dead (haha funny reference), or dying on bad luck in the domain with the doors makes him not very enjoyable to face despite his more comical nature.

For Oni I love playing against him a lot, it was just feeling more plain the more times he hit me across a room. He def would’ve been placed A or B if it wasn’t for the hitbox
i tried outrunning an ao oni 1v1 and its a bit ridiculous how he can match your stamina even with the "lower stamina while disguised" fact, i think that could be changed a bit so i at least could run out of stamina and then die, rather than practically face a big rosemary who outspeeds me and can disguise and i dont like sam, both as playing and facing, the 2 punch death combo (assuming it hasn't been balanced, havent played in a bit) is practically guaranteed since you can punch an enemy where they don't want to go, making them unable to gain any distance... also it's practically an m1 killer, i barely even try using the domain since it takes forever for what could have been a secured kill 15 seconds ago
im a vapor main, i understood that you gave him a D at fist but was surprised when moved to C, i don't have any other monsters so i use him, and i can say he is definitely op, the damage and skull damage, the skulls kill more players than i expect, sometimes killing them before i get to hit a player. i also agree with Oni in F, he scares the heck out of me, i like that, but he has a huge hitbox, ping from either ends just gives him a truck sized hitbox. i only dislike foghorn because of his crawl and how he can hit you while you are sprinting, right now im saying its a me problem because idk if im just bad at avoiding it.
Nah Baldi deserves either way A tier like before it used to be broken used to be able to slap faster with and when he is at maximum slap speed you will run so much that you will still find him chasing you so yea he A tier definitely better than fogborn because people are smart and they know they can stare to the wall till the end of the round

I honestly just love hearing their chase music and looking at their design along with understanding their mechanics but it can still create a lot of annoyance between where he spawns or how he can do a wall combo to 1 shot you and yes finally with Oni and Rosemary, I generally love facing Oni's it's just their incompetent hitbox of rng which relies on either them hitting across a room or completely missing. Rosemary is just more of a target to finish killer, which is mainly not the players fault, the buffs made her more annoying though, I have to admit.

Baldi is slow early game and if you play correctly, Baldi’s infinite stamina is almost impossible to notice.
