    @Rajan ( Sir ) , one common theme across all your content is your deep fundamental belief. While IIT,IPS, TopMBA, Mckinney, Private Equity, Entrepreneur in one life , is like an actor exploring all roles in one life, your humility and never over exert self, is a reflection of your amazing depth and humility. Not many can replicate such things, but if they take those deep beliefs and values you have, each one can make an impact to themselves in their own way. Gratitude for these contents. It enriches my soul.

    Sir I am preparing for exams. I want you and your team to address on the following topics. Please address this if relevant.
    1) Overthinking and overanalysing, critical self judging, introspection leading to inconsistency in preparation. At times it might lead to optimising our preparation, and even upgradation in our study techniques but eventually ends up with an inconsistent effort and inconsistency leads you to no where.
    Is that bits and pieces of improvement worth the inconsistency or Is the improvement is costing you the consistency?
    2) Family constraints, some weaknesses (lack of doability, lack of courage, nervousness, unemployment) a specific heredity follow, somehow it becomes a part of us too, at the lowest phases of our lives, these could create negativity, even more if you are living with the same family members,
    Is the solution just acceptance or there can be a consolodated thought process to totally negate that negativity?
    3) At times we know everything , we understand most of the things, still we lack the self control, it might be because of certain desires, certain restlessness or being tiresome, how to get a command over the self control mechanism,
    Is it just about how experienced you are in terms of dealing with failure or is there any consolidated thought process to deal effectively with it?

    But sir obviously whom should we ask I don't see many people leaving their Government job especially designation such as IPS IAS who left their job and went to private sector,

    • @abhaykaushik95
      @abhaykaushik95 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Exit opportunities are not good in government sector, It's not an easy task to leave a monotonus and cushy job.
      Whereas Exit opportunities in private sector is excellent, you can change your teams, companies, geographies, position or just about anything if you work for it, whereas in govt sector, it's preety much fixed and you have bear everything.
      Always Remeber your own boundaries sometimes became your Cage.
      In govt job, you scare to loose social prestige, job security etc which is preety much the outer covering (externalities) of these jobs, so people scare to leave these jobs even though they hate it from inside.
      I have seen very less civil servants/Govt jobs people, motivating their children to go for the same job they have done (govt. Job) because deep down they know the certain harsh realities which common people doesn't know.

    Man is created to praise, reverence, and serve God our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.
    And the other things on the face of the earth are created for man and that they may help him in prosecuting the end for which he is created.
    From this it follows that man is to use them as much as they help him on to his end, and ought to rid himself of them so far as they hinder him as to it.
    For this it is necessary to make ourselves indifferent to all created things in all that is allowed to the choice of our free will and is not prohibited to it; so that, on our part, we want not health rather than sickness, riches rather than poverty, honor rather than dishonor, long rather than short life, and so in all the rest; desiring and choosing only what is most conducive for us to the end for which we are created.
