Rajan Singh has made a brilliant decision by quitting the IPS. Obviously he's being Diplomatic and politically correct by not criticizing it. Reality of bureaucracy is that it takes the most sincere, bright and driven people and put them in a system which doesn't encourage meritocracy, lacks innovation and is ultimately driven by very traditional notions of choice postings and egoistic designations. Let alone competitive, bureaucracy can stagnate a thinking mind and completely desolate an individual's aspiration. One thing which which private sector offers is Freedom ! And unless you've been deprived of freedom, you'll never understand its worth.
Clarifying for y’all .. brain : Thought process. And half degree because management itself is a large topic and MBA only teaches just the business side of it. Civil Services is towards the public policy side of it. There are more but I hope you get my point.
Great session I have been following sir past few years after got rejection form the service selection board i have joined a startup ..thnks for such wonderful session ..
Thanks for such a eye opening video..... I'm 22 year old .since last year after i had completed my graduation and i always had mindset to move towards gov. When i watch ur videos , i feel u are such a empowered women , Creating impact on society...... Thanks again...💝
Thanks for the video. I have given 5 attempts and the question of ' is it really worth it ?' constantly worries me. Always wanted to see someone who has been on either sides. Helps a lot.
bro quitting cse prep is really hard but becomes essential at one point in life, i know a friend who had quit upsc after 4 unsuccessful attempts and now he works in IT & his annual package in 45 lacks in india. upsc is big but not bigger than your life.
For a 25 year old working professional who is not an entrepreneur , the degree of freedom you mentioned doesn't make sense. You are assigned tasks and a deadline to finish it. Your hands are even more tightly tied there.
Thanks madam and sir, bringing such video for us. The way Ranjan Sir enlighten us is unmatchable. Please do more such content, We take life lesson from it.

Great conversation! Do you think doing bsc in data science and programming from iitm along with a bba from an average college will be a great add up to ones resume and also skill wise before mba if one is aiming to get into connsulting ?
What an interview!!! You always brings such a important and useful things not only for mba but all others who are in their 20's and struggling to figure out their career. Thankyou so much shathakshi ❤️❤️
Hi Shatakshi, I need some guidance for Management Consulting and Product Management. I have worked in Business Research & Consulting and now I am confused which side I should move - Management/Business Consulting or Product Management. Both are awesome fields to work.
You know it's all about how much pr privilege you have Bihar have most ias because there's no opportunity at the same time sitting in a remote area of India we can't say that I will have the same freedom that urban developed guy can get for choosing their career. For most they don't find any option rather than UPSC depends on their family background or economic situations.
Bhai graduation me achha percetage lekar aa. Cat ki taiyari abhi se kar ,3 saal cat ki taiyari karega to 99 percentile aa jayega. Tissnet hrm doesn't require good marks. Fms gives some relaxation.
Hello Ma’am, I am really influenced by your vdos, I am a regular at ur channel. However, this time I made it a point to try to communicate with you via comments section. I work in a PSU and want to move ahead in my career, by any chance is it possible that I can have the opportunity to communicate with you, coz I value your content, they are amazing, most of them are an eye opener.
If you could interview them asking their educational background would be useful Is he from IB board or ICSE or CBSE How he got into IIT and from which grade in school he started preparing Since some prepare from 5th std
this channel is not mostly for school and iit preparation related, it does not matter when did he start preparing for iit and from which board he is from. This will deviate the topic of discussion.
Upsc don't require confused candidate at age of 24 is do or not .MBA is best option for you and if you want to struggle whole life in age of AI you should go for MBA and if you do struggle for next 3 year Max and you get any position struggle stop 🛑 safe

I like how well molded this guy’s brain is.
Indeed, MBA is a half degree. This guy learnt the other half by doing IPS. Great man.
