    Rajan Singh has made a brilliant decision by quitting the IPS. Obviously he's being Diplomatic and politically correct by not criticizing it.
    Reality of bureaucracy is that it takes the most sincere, bright and driven people and put them in a system which doesn't encourage meritocracy, lacks innovation and is ultimately driven by very traditional notions of choice postings and egoistic designations. Let alone competitive, bureaucracy can stagnate a thinking mind and completely desolate an individual's aspiration.
    One thing which which private sector offers is Freedom ! And unless you've been deprived of freedom, you'll never understand its worth.

    I like how well molded this guy’s brain is.
    Indeed, MBA is a half degree. This guy learnt the other half by doing IPS. Great man.

      @parthadlakha1641 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Clarifying for y’all .. brain : Thought process.
      And half degree because management itself is a large topic and MBA only teaches just the business side of it. Civil Services is towards the public policy side of it. There are more but I hope you get my point.

      bro quitting cse prep is really hard but becomes essential at one point in life, i know a friend who had quit upsc after 4 unsuccessful attempts and now he works in IT & his annual package in 45 lacks in india. upsc is big but not bigger than your life.

    For a 25 year old working professional who is not an entrepreneur , the degree of freedom you mentioned doesn't make sense. You are assigned tasks and a deadline to finish it. Your hands are even more tightly tied there.

    You know it's all about how much pr privilege you have Bihar have most ias because there's no opportunity at the same time sitting in a remote area of India we can't say that I will have the same freedom that urban developed guy can get for choosing their career. For most they don't find any option rather than UPSC depends on their family background or economic situations.

    Is he from IB board or ICSE or CBSE
