No competitor has ever deserved a win more than Mark. He might be a mid card finisher but he’s a grafter with great enthusiasm and dedication for the sport.

Question , ils sont supers forts, musclé. Mais quand je vois certains , eddy hall, Mark Félix, Tom Stoltman ect.... ils ont tous du bide et pas de tablettes de chocolat. Quelque qu'un a la réponse ???
Etre plus gras et plus lourd te permets d'etre plus fort. Donc ils font en sorte de manger suffisement de calories pour etre gras et lourd, en prenant en compte le mix entre force pure, et athletisme, pour ne pas s'écrouler au bout de 15 secondes apres le debut de l'epreuve. Avpir des abdos n'a hamais etait une preuve de force. Leur masse musculaire est immensément supérieur à nimporte quel mec "barraqué" que tu vois sur internet. Et etre sec demande à etre en déficit calorique pour sécher, entraine des risque supplémentaire de bléssure etc. Ce n'est pas un concours de beauté mais un concours de force.
