I was wondering if i should make a business email with Improv or pay for one from my hosting provider GoDaddy. If i use Improv and decide i dont want to use Improv in the future, if i switch do i lose that business email? Hi I followed this video a year ago and it worked perfectly! This week I changed my gmail password for precaution cause I clicked on a phishing link, now I cant send emails from the business email. It says “mail not delivered” You're sending this from a different address or alias using the 'Send mail as' feature. The settings for your 'Send mail as' account are misconfigured or out of date. Check those settings and try resending. 🤷🏼♀️ do you know how to fix this? Do i go back to improvmx to change something? It said i might need to change pw on the email client . . . Where do i go to fix?

Older video I know but i've just successfully got it to work for me however, my emails keep going to people's junk and email servers often say something such as this at the top: "The actual sender of this message is different than the normal sender". Any ideas?
I don't get the test email? The Email forwarding is active. Should I keep creating the SMTP even without the test?

Status on improvmx says email forwarding is active, but upon testing I do not receive any email on the supposed account it will be forwarded to. Not sure what's wrong.

In my domain reg. I was able to setup a email fwd to my Gmail. How do I create an alias in my gmail? It keeps asking for a password.
But the problem is Gmail will not accept forwarded emails always! Sometimes the email will come to Gmail sometime is not. Gmail forcing us to sell their paid service. I used Cloudflare to forward incoming emails but maximum email doesn't come to Gmail. So, I revert to my webmail inbox.

I did exactly what you did and everything works, even the test email from improvMX but I'm not getting the email with the confirmation code from the Gmail team in order to confirm my send email as address. Do you have any idea why that could be happening? I tried other similar services too and faced the same issue.
Is it in your spam folder? I’ll need to look more into it but I think I had no issues with that step.

I tried to add the Mx server. I received error message indicating record already in use. What am I doing wrong?
You probably already have an MX record in your DNS config, you should see it listed when viewing your DNS, I would only delete it if you know you aren’t using the other MX record on your account
Thanks for the video. But we've been having issues sending mails from our domain through gmail, since April 2020. All mails sent from our domain through gmail keeps bouncing back, but we do receive mails through it on gmail. How can you be of help please?

The emails I send from my business email are going to Promotions. And when I send the same emails from Gmail they are going to Primary. Is it possible to fix this problem?
Most likely it's the content of your emails or the domain you're sending them from. The email forwarding aspect shouldn't trigger gmail's promotion tab I don't think.

You have to upgrade and pay for premium now in order to actually send emails from your domain email in Gmail. Doesn't make any sense. You can't even send 10 emails a day for free, you can only forward emails. Plus, their lowest premium offering is $9 a month (which is more expensive than Google Workspace).
Is it free on godaddy
This should be free on any host
