This is the best, how to video, for repairing floor sections. I've done a few car floor pan repairs but picked up some great tips that I will add for my next project! Thanks Nick!

Very cool. I briefly had a Fiat 124 coupe. It was pretty but had many issues…

I came back for a rerun of the trailer/lift table segment @ :35 . Great for having to do welding and rust repair to the underside.

    Very presentable repair panels.
For flanging the edges and punching plug weld holes I use a joggler. Sort of like pliers with a rotating head, punch on one side, step die on the other 😃

For sure, he did a nice job shaping them up. The joggler is a great tool, either hand operated or pneumatic! Would be a great addition to a guy's tool collection if they are planning a floor repair.

About rust free for a Spyder, that's a nice one!

He did some serious searching before coming across this one.

Excellent presentation of what an average joe could accomplish with reasonable expectations. I really enjoyed watching along. Always inspiring. Clever trailer body stand too. 👍 Thank you. On a completely separate subject…. How fast was that wind outside whistling through your shop? 😳

We seem to be getting stronger winds more often here in Niagara. Prevailing gusts hit the big doors head on and no matter how the weather strip is adjusted we still get that whistle. Glad you enjoyed the video!

Do you have any tips or secrets for using those electric shears? When I cut a flat 18 gauge sheet I end up with wavy edges. Thank you very much!

Could be several things causing this. You may need to adjust or replace the shearing tips - should be a set screw on the lower fixed portion...unless the actual reciprocating slider is worn. If it's just on one side cut the sheet so that the drop ends up with the wavy edge.
