When my 10 month old granddaughter was fighting stage 4 inoperable brain cancer i spent my days at the hospital. When i went home late at night i would watch adam sandler movies. Every night. He got me through the worst 2 1/2 years of my family's life. She survived after being given a month to live. I love adam sandler. Thank you so much mr. Sandler.
Glad your child survived. May I ask what is the cause of a newborn getting brain cancer??
God Bless
Fake
Glad your granddaughter survived, my 2yo son is on inhibitors for something similar.
@@frankblack1014there’s no cause of cancer it just happens
I met Adam Sandler. He was staying in an Airbnb on my street while filming a movie somewhere around here. No security. Nothing. Stopped for anyone who came up to talk to him. Walked up and down the block on the phone nightly. Literally put his call on hold if people recognized him and walked up. Super humble, chill, friendly guy. No arrogance at all.
Did you guys kiss after?
I met Adam Sandler. He was at a cafe that I visit daily. Super humble. Literally took a picture with the barista, kids, and fans, then grabbed his coffee afterwards. Super chill guy.
Fake. Quit cappin and go play some more skin flute
@WayneBeige crazy all these people including yourself, making up some bs stories
Same thing i met him around Xmas time in Honolulu once, dude was super chill
The way Adam diverted from talking about Chris Farley when he was going through addictions was very classy. You can tell he loved him and didn't want to speak badly of the man.
Exactly right. Class act about his friend. 🫡
Same thing when Rogan was bashing Will Smith, Sandler didn’t make a single negative comment
He did that about the will smith stuff too, he doesn’t talk shit about anybody
100000% I caught that too
It was out of bounds how much Joe wanted to get into Andy Dick and Farley being addicts. Sandman wanted none of it. The dude is dead. No need to trample on a man’s grave.
Joe finally got Adam after all those years of praising his movies on his podcast.
Exactlyyyyyyy
😂😂😂
I remember when bert interviewed Sandler.. It was cringe and Adam was mad he had to talk to such an idiot.
He praised him like 5x lol
Lmao Jamie pull it up!
anyone who knows the deep adam sandler lore cannot hate the guy.
he's a legendary human being. forget the movies, he's remained a normal person.
so many stories of him helping ppl and being a bro.

This is the shotgun wedding equivlent of a podcast interview....Rodan suckz
Beat is business and out of business, what an awesome guy!
Too true, I've never heard of a negative interaction with him. He's somehow managed to stay normal when he's surrounded with temptation and yes men.
Speak for yourself and not the rest of society that has informed themselves with facts data and information. Crawl pit from under your rock some day...or, don't grow up..like your father.
"Adam Sandler churning out Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy & Big Daddy in a 4 year span is like Jordan's run from 1991-1998."
lmfao so true
He couldn’t fuckin miss . Went to those movies to the theater multiple times with different friends . It was like the 90s version of TH-cam reactions haha and once the movies came out on vhs or dvd bought it first day
@bobinchainz still watching his movies today from the 90s

I met Adam Sandler on the street in downtown Beverly Hills walking home from work. He is a genuinely nice person. He asked me about my day at work and was genuinely interested in what i had to say and have just a basic conversation. Funny guy, extremely polite, and doesn't flash his money. 💎🙌

It was a double. He's known to have like 5 or 6 doubles that he pays to be nice people so he isn't looked at like an asshole
Alice Cooper is very similar. I met him at an antique store in Arizona. He kept chatting with me about both of us being from Michigan. Even remembered playing in my hometown in the 70s or 80s. Awesome dude. Legit wanted to talk to me.
Adam I hope you see this.. you restored my faith in humanity. I was laid up in the Grossman burn center in the valley. Two of your stuntmen had suffered minor burns while filming a movie. You came into see them and I heard you out in the hall. I sent my mom out there to go get you, all I said was "thats Adam Sandler, I would know that voice anywhere, if you go ask him he will come in here." You came in and tripped on my oversized shoes I had to wear over my bandages, made a joke about them and we all laughed. Then you took a photo with me and left. It meant the world to me, because at the time most of the people that I knew had left me to die, or had written me off as dead to them. It only took a few minutes of your time, but I think about you every day. A few months later I ended up in a room with one of those stuntmen on my birthday for another surgery. When I came to after the surgery, I discovered that his partner had went to get me a personal birthday cake and a card. Those two small acts of kidness were my light in the darkness. Thank you Adam, youre a wonderful human being and I wish you all the happiness in the world.❤
this is beautiful bro and i wish you the best
God bless you. You're comment and your hope really reminds to think think of all the graceful humble acts in my life. ❤️❤️
That is an absolute great story and it shows how great of a person you are by articulating it that good. I hope you have a great life!
Sounds like Adam
These cap stories are getting way more detailed. JK, it sounds like he's a good dude. Good luck to you.
Been waiting so long for Adam Sandler to hear Joe Rogan stories we’ve all heard 2,186 times.
Exactly my thought
I was watching Bernie Sanders on Theo Von and was amazed at the quality of questions coming from Theo. Made me nostalgic for old Rogan when he would let the guest cook and ask the occasional poignant question. I feel like the moment it changed was the RZA episode that Donelle ruined. After that it stopped being the Joe Rogan Experience and became the Joe Rogan Show. Almost wonder if Joe was taking Provigil for a while and stopped.
Infuriating dude. I just posted a rant.
as a huge Sandler fan, I'm disappointed Joe had to try and prove he was a real comic the whole time, like jeeeze, let Adam take the wheel!? let him speak!?
It felt like Joe was on Adams podcast...

I saw him in a park in Montréal once and he was on the phone, I crossed path with him and didn't want to interrupt him so I did the typical eye contact and a nod and gave me a smile, a nod and a thumbs up. Not even an hour later I was sitting on a bench and he came back sat on the bench next to me, I didn't even see him coming and he opened up with isn't it a nice day and we talked for about 5 minutes. He will forever be a legend in my book.
Quel parc?
I love how Adam Sandler was being so kind to Chris Farley's memory by changing the subject immediately when Joe started talking about seeing Farley all strung out on the set of his show. What a good friend, what a decent guy
I could tell he was uncomfortable! Surprised Rogan seemed unaware of that sensitive topic.
There’s so much to talk about concerning Farley. So many legendary skits and Joe has to talk about him looking sick toward the end of his life. Wtf
@@CLDoranbecause it’s the truth . He was a severe addict who displayed it outright. Speaking Farleys name and now addressing that his whole career he was high af! If Adam was a good friend to Farley maybe he should have intervened in his drug abuse . Just saying

Adam Sandler is the most humble rich person of all time, the things he does behind the scenes is unreal, he is truly one of a kind. I remember many years ago, I was going through a dark place, substance abuse, I ended up on the streets. Adam came across me in a parking lot and he let me be his golf caddy at his first golf tournament where he beat Shooter McGavin on the 18th hole.

Probably one of the only movies that made me full on belly laugh 😂
Notice how at the very beginning when Adam says thanks for having me & excited to be there, he turns his head towards Jamie to address him, also.
Whenever a guest takes the time to address/acknowledge Jamie, they instantly become cooler in my eyes. Shows they’re still down to earth people.
Yeah man, Sandler is a class act. Fucking cool and humble dude.
Facts
Adam might be the most down to earth guy to ever break into Hollywood. Absolute genius. One of the most creative and funniest guys in the world for 30 years. Always takes care of his friends. Never takes any credit for anything he does. Always gives it when it's due. He seems like a really solid guy.

I'm from Mexico, I was born in 96, all my friends and I grew up watching Adam Sandler movies, they were so iconic back then and so memorable
Damn, even the bots are commenting real comments 😂
Adam Sandler is such a legend. Joe Rogan should have asked him more questions. He has to have so many stories.
All Joe did was talk talk talk talk. Hardly asked any questions.
Talked about Phil Hartman like Adam didn't know him
I got to meet sandler and his whole crew when they were filming grown ups. He is somehow actually even nicer in person. He was with his family and his film buddies and came to the tiny amusement place i was a manager at. He bought some ice cream and ate with his family. He tipped the staff massively, gave some autographs, and was crazy humble and polite to everyone. It made my entire summer when i cracked a joke to him and made him laugh
As a 42 year old, Adam Sandler was a staple of all kids my age, his movies were the bomb!
42 in a few days and agreed!
I wore out the Happy Gilmore VHS I got for my birthday...
They are the bomb sir

Yup, I'm 38 and I grew up on Sandler. First I remember my mom rented Billy Madison for me to watch when I was in the second grade, so probably 95 right after it came out, then I started watching all his SNL stuff. Then of course Happy Gilmore and the rest is history.
Turned 43 a month ago. You ain't lying.
My stepdad was a private contractor and repiped 2 of Sandlers homes. One in Malibu and one in Pacific Palisades. He was so proud to work for him. Sandler would actually interact with, joke and talk to the crew. And he even allowed my stepdad to move his wifes Range Rover so he could offload his tools and material. 😂 A family favorite right here. Sandler is awesome. And his wife was a pothead 😎
Haha...so your dad found a roach in the tray whilst moving the Range? 😅
@@btkenobi2 nah she would just blaze in the pad and it smelled like weed all day. They knew it was her because Adam was gone from early morning til evening most of the time when they WERE there. They were remodeling 3 homes at the time. There was a few times from what he said that she came downstairs when she was home and she was toasted. Str8 to the kitchen and back to whatever room she came from 😆 He actually had a license and grew hydro blue dream at the time. We had 40 plants. He wanted to ask them if they wanted to buy some cuz he sold to a local dispos but he never offered. 😂 just talkn shit I guess
He also did a job for Dennis Dugan. I helped out on that job for a couple days and met Dugan. It was his mother's home. An older home and it was beautiful actually. The tile was irreplaceable. We had to fix a slab leak and we didn't even want to because there was no way to truly replace the tile. He was pretty chill. They had batting cages in the backyard for his son. Not a big deal but i was 16 and stoked to see it. 😂 His son played for the Diamondbacks I think at the time.

A while back, I was hiking in the remote wilderness of Alaska when I got hopelessly lost in a snowstorm. Just as I was about to give up, out of the blizzard, Adam Sandler appeared on a snowmobile, wearing nothing but a Hawaiian shirt and cargo shorts. He expertly navigated through the snow to rescue me. But that’s not all-after he brought me to safety, he built an entire igloo village from scratch, just to make sure I was comfortable. Then, he whipped out a guitar and sang a heartfelt, improvised ballad about never giving up, while a family of friendly polar bears gathered around to listen. Before he left, he handed me a thermos of hot cocoa, a signed DVD of *Happy Gilmore*, and a personal invitation to his next family barbecue. The whole encounter was beyond belief-Adam Sandler is a living legend, and his kindness knows no bounds.
The fact you got people to like this like it was real kills me lol
Scary thing is, as I was doing the usual comment crawl (which is kind of regulatory on Rogaine videos) your comment at a glimpse didn't seem out of place to the other sycophantic accolades heaped upon who I can only assume is Jesus risen again, (and going back to his Jewish roots).
I was born in 85 and grew up watching Sandler. Started on SNL, then I had all of the movies on VHS, AND DVD. I even got into his music/skit albums, and still throw on “What the Hell Happened to Me?” when I need a good laugh. I had pneumonia on Christmas break my junior year of HS and watched Mr. Deeds on repeat lol. More recently “Uncut Gems” was great. Adam is a genuinely good dude. I love seeing videos of him playing basketball and interacting with fans. He comes across as very humble and gracious, and treats people with respect. Hard not to like the guy.

Only 10 minutes in and I'm absolutely loving this. I forgot how much history I have with this guy and how many quotes I still say to this day that came from him and his work. Wedding singer is still one of my top five favorite movies of all time.❤
Adam Sandler almost feels like a family member to my family, in that his movies are something we all bonded over. And I’m sure many other families can say the same thing. Amazing human, god bless this man.
How two established gentlemen spent time saying nice things about many people. Take note. Refreshing and a pleasure to listen to.
Adam Sandler and Keanu Rivers are two most grounded super stars I have seen. (Corrections: Reeves 😂😂)
yeah Keanu Rivers is chill af
Keanu Rivers. Is that a new actor on the block?
Love Keanu Rivers!
@@Winamp_you dont know keanu ?
Dude Keanu Rivers is amazing
This is these Sandler interview ever, he gets to truly be himself. A comedian from Boston area interviewing a comedian from Boston area.
adam sandler got me through a lot when i was dealing with bullying at school, his movies always cheered me up because he’s just such a wholesome guy and it really shows. i thank him for that. he was there for me at my highs and lows. he was there when no one else was. thank you, sandman.
You can tell Adam Sandler’s a legit good guy, humble, down-to-earth, and always helping people out. Loved hearing those behind-the-scenes stories. It was kinda surprising but refreshing to hear him curse and just be one of the guys. We’re so used to seeing him in movies where he doesn’t do that a lot, it was cool to see this side of him. He was definitely excited to be on the show and talk comedy.
Go back to the 90s material😂😂😂
“Awww horse-shit!!”
Eh idk there's a lot of videos of him being horrible to fans
@@connorryan-fm6hyCan’t be perfect everyday 🤷♂️
The amount of good interactions seemingly outweigh the negative ones by quite a bit.
😂 "you get your ass out there and you find that fuckin dog!"
Happy Gilmore and The Waterboy will always have a special place in my heart.
Billy Madison and those two are the trifecta
FOREVER. hot take the wedding singer was a decent movie...
To me, the Sander Rushmore is Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Waterboy and Big Daddy. If anybody made me pick my top 5, those four are one.
Mr. deeds!!
My favs are happy Gilmore and big daddy. For whatever the reason, those 2 hit me the hardest
So many good movies, so many good and funny memories of Adam Sandler. What a legend.
The episode we always needed. Adam was such a big part of early 2000’s kids lives. It was a joy watching y’all chat
Finding out Sandler says ‘fckn’ a lot makes me so happy 😂 I was born in 1990, this dude was & is everything to us
Pure gold, " EvERYTHING" he truly is the best I agree , 1989 here
1990!
That's true New Hampshire, it's used as a noun, verb, adverb adjective on a daily up there.

Moderation is the key to success.
Way back when, I wanted to gain weight and put on muscle. My wife? Wanted to to lose weight and trim up.
She bought into the weight watchers plan. We both followed the plan but I trippled the same meal plans. We both worked out at the local gym. She did cardio and aerobics and I hit the weight room.
I was taking supplements as well. Amnio acids and others to help my recovery.
Went from 5 11 buck 40 to 185 and shredded. Benching 275. Squatting 350. Overhead press 225.
Doing dips with two wheels.
She dropped 30 lbs. Went from 5 2 160 to 5 2 130 all with the amazing 36-24-26 hour glass ⌛️ figure.
Good times.
With my cancer I have rewatched adams movies..good to see him on Joe's podcast. We love you guys
I pray you get better
Just finished up chemo for the 2nd time in 2 years myself. God speed man.
Wishing you cancer free soon 😊
Heal up.
Get on an alkaline diet. cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment, period. Do not do chemo. My mom and dad both had cancer and they followed this diet and it went away completely with no treatment.
this could've gone another hour or two, adam is the man
I was hoping they'd talk a little about Adam's more serious dramatic work, which he's equally as good at (if not better). However, I understand Joe just wanted to keep it a conversation between two comedians. Adam is a great listener. He knows how to read the room. He saw Joe was a fan, and let him speak his piece. I haven't seen Joe vibe with a fellow comic like this in ages. No jabs. No sarcastic ribs. Genuine respect.
No. Joe is an awful interviewer. He doesn't have guests on to Interview. He has them on just to confirm his own idead and thoughts.
Joe's that dude at the party who thinks everyone is just there to hear what HE has to say.
This is wild af. My childhood legend. Literally watched every single thing with him. Adam Sandler is Goated, some may think otherwise, but shit man, he deserves his flowers. Thank you Joe!
I love Adam Sandler so much bro, he's the goat
@@trevcarko
He did some great comedies and some of the worst movies ever. This is not a question of "some thing". He did many mediocre and even horrible movies.
@@KubasKlimkaryes but appreciate the good man. Only so many are perfect every single outing

Adam definitely got the credit he deserved from us who were born on the 80s/early 90s. We memorized every one of his movies. And even when we grew up, we knew his movies were still legit even though we may have grown out of them.
Adam will always be one of the greatest.
It's not disputed that he's a legend. Literally no one debates that and Adam absolutely gets his flowers. Y'all manufacture a narrative
Also, definitely gets credit from those his age, probably more!
I didn't like his early, goofy films, but have grown to admire this talented, genuine, humble guy. ❤

Adam has hung out with legends. The stories he could tell. Yet he remains quietly humble. Stays loyal to his day 1's.
Yes, the stories he could tell. Instead, we have two hours of Joe's comedy club stories.
It seems like Sandler is in that Keanu Reeves category where he’s basically universally liked and nobody has ever had a bad experience with him. Gotta love that.
Adam Sandler, the legend.
How he remains so humble is beyond me. Adam Sandler reminds me Keanu Reeves.
Anyone other than me wishing for Keanu Reeves does a podcast with Joe?
The man is finally here ! WE LOVE ADAM !
Adam is awesome, so many classic movies!

You could see Adam being a little nervous at the beginning but it was cool to see him loosen up over time and just kinda hang. Seems like a real down to earth guy. Genuine dude.
This might be my favourite rogan episode. It was like I got to hang out with sandler for 2 hours, so awesome.
So good of Adam Sandler to come listen to Joe talk for a couple hours. Very generous with his time.
Joe taking the lead and giving Adam Sandler advice during the comedy talk is peak Joe Rogan.
