If the spousal application request has been accepted by IRCC, the relationship questionnaire should come along with the forms sent by IRCC :) That’s how it worked for us. You can look for the relationship questionnaire on Canada.ca or raise a webform to IRCC requesting the following.
What about any change in proof of funds after adding spouse post COPR ? How can we change that proof of funds after adding spouse to COPR ? Is it in the forms ? Or not required?

My wife and I got married after I submitted my PR application. I informed IRCC while submitting my passport and they asked me to fill the same documents as you did. As I understand, I am filling out two IMM 0008 forms, one for myself and one for my wife. I have selected the program as 'Economic' and category as 'Skilled Worker'. I have also added my wife's details in the dependents section as they mentioned. She is not accompanying me to Canada, and we do not have kids. Here are my two questions: 1. In my wife's IMM 0008, what program does she need to select? Economic (since that is my program) or Family (since she is being added to my application)? 2. Hi, Just raise a web form inform them about the situation and attach your marriage certificate. This is the only way you can let IRCC know..atleast that’s what we did and it worked out :) Wishing you good luck

Hi, so it’s mandatory to declare any change in marital status. Technically, your husband’s PR approval is not valid if he applied as a single applicant and then got married. After getting married the first step is to inform IRCC. In this case, after misrepresentation, it is a tricky situation and you must seek professional help to find a solution.

Hi, so if you want to add your spouse after receiving the COPR. You need to raise a webform informing about this change in family composition. Due to this change now your COPR will be void. You will now have to go through the spouse addition process and IRCC will then issue new COPRs to both of you. Only after receiving that, you will be able to enter Canada. Hope this helps.

You will have to combine all your forms and documents into file. You can do that easily in adobe. Since there is only one slot to upload all your documents, this step is necessary!

Hey..congratulations on your PPR. On the waiting, I know it can be very daunting but hang in there. For us it took IRCC almost 3 months to acknowledge our change in marital status. But again it was during the pandemic. My only advice is, hope for the best and look for the next update from IRCC. In the mean time you can keep the documentations ready so when the time comes you can expedite the process from your end. All the best!

Hello, I received the documents request for my spouse after my COPR. For forms, they have asked for IMM-0008, IMM5406, IMM5669 & IMM5562E. 1: Do I and my spouse both have to fill 2 separate IMM-0008? One for each? 2: IMM-5669, Schedule A has to be filled by the spouse only? 3: Do I print the forms, sign them as primary applicant and then upload the scanned docs? 4: They did not ask for Questionaire, proof yet, do i still upload it and with which form ? Its been more than 3 months but still no reply. My CoPR will expire in April. I have received just 1 email immediately that IRCC have received my files and added the required things but no response after that since 3 months and more. What should I do? My CoPR will expire and if I still do not receive an update?
This is a difficult spot to be in. I really hope things turn around for you soon. Sadly there isn’t much to do but wait. Not sure how helpful is raising multiple web forms. We had only raised one web form while informing IRCC about the marital status. All the best to you..

Have seen situations where some wait it out and some people go by the tourist route. Even getting tourist visa is quite a process. See what best suits your situation and need. All the best 👍
Hi we informed them as soon as we got married and sent us an email saying that they had received it and would text us back to upload other forms like generic form additional family information etc but it had been 4 months and we didn’t hear from them so we uploaded those forms but we didn’t upload the other questionnaire yet in which they ask about when did we meet and about pictures and ceremonies etc but you said to upload them with the other forms I don’t understand
Hi You have to consolidate all the forms including the questionnaire as one long pdf. Please Google how to consolidate several document as one. It’ll help.

I didn't get any reply other than an acknowledgement but recently spouse name have been added in my application but i haven't got any instruction to submit the above mentioned forms
They will share that email. In my case, my husband was the primary applicant and I was dependent spouse. We also waited for several months just for acknowledgment of change in marital status of the primary applicant. Give it some time, it’ll happen. All the best.

Hi To receive ITA no one can technically predict the time. Right now the cut is too high and if you are in that bracket then hopefully as the draws keep happening you may get an ITA. From getting an ITA to COPR the journey can be long. No definite time period can be predicted. It took me and my husband almost 2 years to complete the entire process (please note it was during Covid)

Hi, so don’t submit your passport now because your family composition has changed. Immediately raise a web form informing IRCC about your marriage and provide all the necessary documents as proof. Post this, IRCC will confirm receiving this update from you and initiate the process of adding your spouse to your application.
Timeline was very long since it all happened during Covid. Right now the timelines have changed. I think groups like Ask Kubeir on Facebook might help the most. I completely relied on that group. You can find people in the same boat as you. Hope this helps. Thanks :)

Both need to fill the imm008 separately and since you are adding your spouse only the spouse need to fill the 5562 e form.
