    Hey, could you pls let me know the mode of courier your friend/family used to courier you your PR cards? Fedex/UPS or any other? Thanks.

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We didn’t use any courier service for PR cards as it’s too big of a risk to take. So I am not sure which service would be reliable for this.

    Did you guys have any issues with baggage at the Munich airport? There has been a lot of news lately about luggage being delayed or lost when travelling with Lufthansa, with layover in Munich. Did you had to check in the baggage in again at Munich?

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, we had absolutely no issues at the Munich airport with our luggage or otherwise and we had directly received our luggage at Vancouver. Everything was quite seamless.

    Hi, Thank you for the detailed video. Just wanted to confirm
    If soft landing allowed as in do the immigration officer ask you if you are here permanently or for a short period of time ? If he does what does one answer ?
    And which address should one give while soft landing as the PR card may arrive later once one is not in Canada?
    Thank you

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m glad you found the video informative.
      During soft landing you are entering the Canadian border before the last date of entry given by IRCC. Our last date of entry was 6th May so we entered Canada on 28th April.
      The immigration officer didn’t ask us if we are here permanently or just for a short duration but if asked you can let them know that you are here for whatever duration you plan on to. It shouldn’t be a problem.
      They need a legitimate address from you for your PR card delivery. In our case, we gave a reliable friends’ address. I’d suggest land in a city where you have someone trusted and provide their address to the immigration officer.

    I had a quick question. I am so travelling to Toronto from Delhi ; 10 hr layover in Munich. But I am reaching at Terminal 2 in munich, while lounges are at Terminal 1.

    What should be the proof of funds ? Bank statement or draft ?

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  ปีที่แล้ว

      Proof of funds can be anything from Bank Statement of last 6 months, Stocks or bonds holdings that can be liquidated or a combination of all or can make a gift deed if the above is not available.
      Gift deed should mention the mode of transfer of funds - cheque number or Transfer Receipt + The gift is not going to be returned and should ideally come from Parents or Siblings.

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ours was a massive 10 hour but it was super comfortable at Munich. I’d suggest layover should be of enough hours which gives you a buffer window for any unaccounted situation like flight delay etc.

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Soft landing means. We didn’t move for good to the country. Upon receiving the COPR you get a date before which you have to enter the country once. That’s what we did, we visited the country. Got our PR cards and came back to India.

    Hi i am software engineer. Planning to apply for pr and do soft landing and then come back amd search job from india. Once i get job then I will immediately land in canada. Is it the right thing i am doing as i have a job in india also. Could you also please tell me for how much time we need to be in Canada after soft landing? And what are the formalities we need to complete before coming back to india?

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  ปีที่แล้ว

      The point of soft landing is to enter the Canadian border before the last date of entry. After that you can be in Canada for as long you want. Basically from the day of entry, your 5 years of PR card validity starts. I have made a shorts on the things you should do after soft landing in Canada.

      Just one more query I checked my crs score online it is coming as 420. Is it less to apply for PR? Or I should apply for some pnp like Quebec which don't require job offer or should go ahead with express entry?
      My age is 31 having 8 years of software development experience and no job offer and no real siblings in canada

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  ปีที่แล้ว

      Given the current CRS draw that happens n it’s quite a stretch with 420 points.
      You can look at other avenues or maybe give a shot at learning French maybe.
