I'm an awful cook. Really! But I followed this recipe tonight. My cutlets were -- and I'm still shocked! -- delicious and perfectly crispy! Thank you, Stay at Home Chef!
I love this channel. I just wish I could hear the dialogue loud and clear. At my peak computer volume, it is barely discernable. Thanks for your videos.
Tony, I have the same trouble with a laptop/notebook. But if you listen to it on your cell phone you would probably be a lot better off for volume. I have a real laptop that’s 12 years old so I bought a newer one but it was 1/3 the price of my real laptop and I am told it is equal to about a notebook. And doesn’t have the same capabilities as a full on laptop. Hope this helps because it may be cheaper to do this. Then it would be to figure out what’s wrong with it. I hear her perfectly fine on my iPhone and my friend hears her perfectly fine on her android. Hope this helps!
Looks like the perfect chicken recipe to me! Do you strain the oil afterwards and reuse or discard it? If you discard it, what’s your preferred method?
Chicken cutlets are one of my son's favorites. I always make extra to ensure he'll have plenty to eat when he gets home from school during the week. (He's 17 & constantly eating) 😆 I've never added milk to my eggs, does it add to the flavor or better for consistency? Just curious and will definitely try. Thank you for sharing 🤗
It's basically schnitzel. Yummy!
Looks delicious, Easy & it’s something the whole family will like. Great recipe.

I watch/listen on my desktop with external speakers it's very loud over 70%. This might be the difference.
Download a volume app onto your computer and it will amplify your sound
My first time making chicken like this. It turned out so good. Thanks
Hello, new subscriber,
Thank you!
Simple and looks delicious!
I'm going to try this in air fryer and see what happens. That looks soo good. Thanks for the video.
Hope long would you put in the Air Fryer?
I did it for 10 min total turned at 5. Depends on thickness. Turned out great!!
Looks absolutely delicious
I did this and it is so gooood
Sounds great. I do something very similar, minus the cheese, and then serve it with a homemade cream gravy.
I made this today and it turned out delicious.... my husband's favorite one. Thank you 😊
Looks delicious! Love chicken cutlets! Thanks 🙏

Could these be baked instead, or would that not work well?
Only if you spray with oil or cooking spray first.
Just tried this out and my god I’m never buying fried chicken again

How about airfrying instead of deep frying
