This is how I discovered Angelina. I was scrolling the Tube when I saw this little ragamuffin, one tooth, wild hair in a long white dress with no shoes and sad eyes. I thought she was a street child and had no idea she was going to sing. I just wanted to see what her story was. Then I heard Billie Holiday return to earth through this little girl, the only way Billie would reincarnate. I searched everything I could find of Angelina's. I've listen to her everyday for hope, to find calm and just for entertainment for almost two years now. For someone who loves music, she's a gift for me and a gift for the world.

No matter how many times you watch, the brain can't compute what you are hearing back vs seeing. Such a god given soul, this cannot be taught It is in every fiber of her being...... Gotta check out I put a spell on you.. she did the Jay Hawkins version. She does the change ups at beginning gives to the Guy...... lord I love her bringing bck these classics. Back again to see this reaction three months later. I love it when reacters really "get" her - especially based on her early stuff from, say, 10 and younger. It's not just that she sings well for her age. Or that she has a surprisingly mature sounding voice. She's the total package - the "real deal" as I like to say (and I was saying that before I read her uncle/manager use that very phrase in a magazine interview😊). Despite the lack of "vocal pyrotechnics" (no loud, high belting or crazy runs, etc.) and/or "stage theatrics" (she just stands there and sings), she's doing *so much* in each of these performances that you really can't catch everything in your first listen. I've heard each of these performances dozens if not hundreds of times (having watched over 7,000 AJ reactions - in addition to just going and watching "the original videos" every once in a while), and the more I've heard them, the more impressive they get. That's kind of unusual - especially for such a young singer. Other young (and not so young) singers I've run across on YT have had the opposite effect: the more I hear the same performances over and over, the more I can "pick them apart" and see this or that weakness. With Angelina, even the "imperfect notes" here and there come off as if she did it intentionally. Not that each specific imperfection itself was intentional, necessarily, but that she was intentionally singing in such a way that the imperfections could happen. IYKWIM. She sings with a striking mixture of control and freedom. Speaking of one of her very recent live performances, I described the way she was singing as having her voice "on a leash" rather than "in a straighjacket". It's amazing that the same could be said about her at the age she was here. There are so many _incredible_ performances you have yet to hear from her. You really have no idea…🤗

You said you would like to see how she has graduated from the small little girl until who she is today. Here's a perfect video for you to create for us. Angelina singing 'My Funny Valentine' at 10 yrs old and at 16 yrs old.
