Modified Suzuki Bandit virtual acceleration and top speed

I have swapped the front end of my Suzuki Bandit 400 to a Gsxr1000 k6 and it no longer has a cable to drive the speedo. So I had to come up with a solution to make the speedometer work again. I have replaced all the internals with the internals of an RPM gauge and just kept the faceplate.
I drive it using an esp32 which it reads some other sensors and logs everything to my mob via Bluetooth

Did it go well with the GPS? I think for road use it's too complicated.
