I feel the same. There’s a lot of people I’ve watched for a while and once they got tons of followers and more money their videos became unattainable ideas for normal people or braggy and then I only hate watch them.

@BeatriceCaruso I have not yet been able to determine at what age one is allowed to speak without a filter and blame it on age. For reference, I am somewhere in the neighborhood of Elmo's age. But I have a couple of people I know that just astound me. One of them has no difficulty talking to the usher at the movie theater over a particular poster, and letting out a fart while she's standing right next to him. She'll also do the same in the booth at the restaurant. She's 70 or 71. And she's an educated woman. I'm always flabbergasted

@@LindaC616 Well you dont wanna hold a fart in but I would remove myself to a bathroom and defo not stand beside someone and fart. Does she apologise when she farts?

OMG YES. I have been going to water aerobics with my mom for months and I'm 25. Everyone thinks I'm there for my mom but nah I'm using her as an excuse to go. The DRAMA. The GOSSIP. Incredible. We celebrated one woman's 90th birthday during class once. And it's absolutely a slept on workout. I also do zumba and end up burning almost the same amount of calories minus like 100 in the same amount of time as water aerobics. LOVE that you've also found the glory in this lol, old lady gossip AND a good workout?! A deal.

Hi Bea! As a senior dietetic student my recommendation would be to see a gastrointestinal specialized dietitian to help with all of the issues you’re having. Those mail in tests are notoriously inaccurate and tell you to restrict a lot of unnecessary things.

@@theunpopularchannel6209 yes, exactly. It’s not like she will be coming to me, so there will be no financial gain for me to be saying this. From my professional opinion, it would be in the best interest to seek a professional in this field.

As a non-professional, I'd also recommend not completely removing gluten and dairy.
Completely removing those groups for a long period could mean that your body would have an even harder time digesting them if you choose to add them back.
Also natural yoghurt is good for digestion

Just a thought I had while you were talking about the gut-health test you took. If that company is selling products to "fix" what ever they deem wrong with you, maybe good to double check with some other neutral test/even a competing company before going full-tilt into whatever they suggest. Just a thought, and I wish you so much luck in sorting through!

oh now i wish i had water aerobics lessons around me!! swimming and walking are honestly the only cardio workouts that i like doing.. i have a public pool near me which is usually packed so had to do laps but still it is my preferred workout in summers.. and yes it does make you hungry and sleepy afterwards ... so its better to go in the evening i think... you sleep so well on the days you swim.. also i don't usually see a huge difference on the scale after swimming for some reason but i do feel it... like i have asthma and have to climb inclines to reach my college and it always gets so much better after a few days of swimming... just helps you breathe better.... and just in general you feel so energized i think.... i hope you learn to swim.... it was the best thing i learnt for sure for sure.

Wet/Dry bags are great for storing swimsuits. They come in cute patterns and in various sizes! And they don’t leak in your purse or bag.
Growing from seeds is trial and error. I found that buying seeds from local companies fair better. Wild Mountain seeds, high dessert seeds, Miss Penn’s Mountain seeds are all colorado companies. In Denver there is Heirloom Tomato Farms - their tomato starts grew beautifully despite the hailstorms, extreme winds, heat. I recommend green zebra and purple dwarf heart 😊 Wishing you luck on the growing season 💚

I also cut out dairy and gluten to fix my gut health. My nutritionist said to cut it out for 3 months to give my gut a chance to heal but at the end of 3 months I didn’t even want to eat it anymore because of how good I felt! My skin also totally cleared up and I rarely get sick. It was hard at first and I do still eat it from time to time but cutting back has been the best thing I’ve ever done 😊 good luck with your challenge!

Bea! There are some awesome dairy free options nowadays! I’m 90% DF (if a cookie has butter, it’s not the end of world). My favorite DF alternatives are coconut milk or almond coconut milk (Almond Breeze actually makes banana milk!), So Delicious yogurt, and ordering DF fromage blanc shipped from Sessions Vegan Cheese in Salt Lake City as my cream cheese alternative (it’s bougie but GOOD!) I also just had Daiya Mac and Cheez (GF and DF) and it was fantastic! I hadn’t had macaroni and cheese in years and no joke, I nearly cried lol. And if you want ice cream, 10/10, would recommend Ben and Jerry’s DF selection!

About the gut situation, I get you 😂 Have you considered looking into seeing a dietician (NOT a nutritionist)? I went to one for ibs and she took my ed history and food/texture aversions into consideration when helping me ease my overly dramatic gut. It helped to have someone on my side and just an email away when I had questions. It was also covered by my insurance - or at least the first 6 appointments were 100% covered. You could even do it after the 90 day challenge with what knowledge you have gained.

Only downside is you're alone with your thoughts when swimming laps since there aren't any good headphone options out there 😅 and it gets a bit boring/repetitive. But it still a top option for me when going to the gym.

It was a good workout and so easy on the hips/knees. Then at the end we would go chill in the hot tub or have a sauna. Honestly I have thought about going back and doing it in my thirties now that my ankles are shit. I recommend!

I also had to give up dairy and gluten and honestly when I did I felt the best I have ever felt in my life!! I felt happy, light, motivated... It blew my mind! I have not been perfect with it so that didn't last but this is motivating me to do it again because I really miss feeling this way now. They make nice gluten free products and plant milk and cheese now days , so it should be even easier this time around.

Also giving up dairy made my join pain magically disappear. I have sensitive joins due to an accident I had and they were painful often. Without dairy no more pain, even if im much heavier now, the pain only come back If I have dairy.

I had really bad panic attack at the end of 2021 and residual anxiety after. I learned I had PCOS this year after trying to conceive for over 3 years. I did so much studying into gut health and PCOS symptoms associated with that. I do gluten free as best as I can. Low sugar. No dairy. And organic as much as possible. Also I haven't had caffeine since my panic attack. Caffeine really affects a lot negatively. ❤ it's a struggle but I've lost weight now finally from it, my anxiety and depression have improved significantly, less brain fog, and regular periods. You got this Bea!!! Rooting for you!

Girl do not feel bad about your little baby farmer fail. I’m on my third set of seedlings this year😂😂😂 also it’s ok to just cut down on dairy and gluten, and eventually cut it out as you adjust

first off I love you and all of your content, I am a long time follower and have always been able to relate with you, one of my comfort TH-camrs lol. I have been trying to do gluten free and am trying to ease out dairy as well, let me say it is HARD when you can’t have your favorite foods anymore, but it is so worth it. I personally feel like a whole different person, it’s a sacrifice I’ve decided I need to make. Good luck! Rooting for you!!

I would definitely try meeting with a dietician! You might need to just do a low fodmap diet. I had to do that for several months and it's cool because it helps to figure out which food groups negatively effect your gut. You can still have certain cheese and sourdough bread (since that's lower gluten) etc. I highly recommend checking that out! As someone who also struggles with binge eating disorder, it helped me a lot since I didn't need to cut complete dairy and gluten etc.

Hey Bea. I'm finishing a doctorate studying treatment for PCOS (which I've been diagnosed with). I have learned that there is a significant association between gut health and both mental health and PCOS symptoms. You're on the right track ❤

I've been doing carnivore to eliminate the inflammation and I did not binge since. I will bring back grains at some point but for now, I feel good. I put butter in my coffee now and emmersion blender the heck out of it. It's amazing. Good luck!

In summer 2021, I went swimming almost every week day at the city pool. I had to swim around rowdy children, which was annoying, but I got so snatched that summer. And a gorgeous tan! I highly recommend swimming for exercise.
