Damn I always doubted how powerful the Jedi and Sith of current Star Wars was. But crushing a planet with the force hasn’t been done since the days of the ancient Sith. We’ve seen Sith consume all life on planets but to destroy a planet with the force is a true testament of Vaders power in this story.
What if count dooku took it upon himself after qui gon died on Naboo to train anikan I think it would be interesting if he never left the order and he’d mentor obi wan and anikan because they’d be like grandsons to him like how qui gon was a son to him
@@vivimusjenos8174 Anakin was definitely arrogant, but he also didn’t have a proper father figure or mentor in his life. Obi-wan was too much like a brother to him. Perhaps with count dooku as his master, it wouldn’t be so. Despite his advanced age, dooku was still the greatest duelist and one of the most powerful Jedi of the order at the time he left.
I could practically hear Kenobi and Vader's voice after he had killed his children, both of their anguish and grief in those moments; all that pain and regret they both felt in their lives before, being made to relive them all over again.
I can see Vader doing that. There are fates worse than death, and turning into a slave of the dark side is one of then. Vader knows that from experience.

Vader functions with practically. With Maul in his service he wouldn’t need Ahsoka. Now if Maul was dead then I can see Ahsoka being forcefully converted but otherwise he just won’t care. Ahsoka only mattered to Anakin, and Anakin just doesn’t exist anymore. And so Ahsoka dies
What if ahsoka found and trained starkiller? I feel like they would have a good bond as they were both apprentices to Anakin/Vader. Ahsoka may also serve as a good parental figure to Galen.
That’s one thing I never agreed with about Vader. Yes, I understand he was weakened and why, but the whole point of the force is that it supersedes such physical limitations. In addition, we know that not only is there a living and a cosmic force as separate entities, but that Vader is a raging tempest of force energy, literally born of it. The way I always imagined it, he was never able to reach his full potential purely due to the conflict within.. not due to his physical limitations. Perhaps by the mental instability caused by those injuries and the circumstances surrounding them, but not the physical Injuries. His burns and losing his limbs definitely inhibited his ability to perceive and connect to the living force, but I see no reason why a Sith Lord can’t connect with the cosmic force. In fact I’d suggest that many have, and that *that* is the source of the sith’s ridiculous survival capabilities. Whilst jedi accept the cosmic force and become one with it, the average sith chooses to seize control of it, even if unknowingly, to preserve themselves. Going way off into headcanon rambling at this point but the idea behind that one is jedi have the afterlife and sith have undeath, just neither knows it completely or understands why. Leaving only sith like plagueis to come close to figuring it out! Anyway, great video, stands up well to the rewatch. Tldr; I think lore wise, as the force is explained, Vader shouldn’t have been inhibited by his injuries directly. And great video. Wouldn’t change a thing.

One small critique. Vader would not have died of old age. That dude would’ve become immortal. Dude would’ve discovered the knowledge of Vitiate and Revan, take that knowledge, and become immortal. Dude was a Mortis God+. Times 10^5. And this critique isn’t even an actual critique. It’s just what I think.

Videos about Darth Vader are like a sansara circle now. Every few months a famous youtuber releases a video about Anakin's aspirations, and once again SW newbies and hardcore veterans embark again on the journey of the main "what if" in SW universe
What if Anakin & Padme had come out publicly about their relationship from the beginning? Would Padme's career ACTUALLY be over? Would the Order have REALLY kicked out "the Chosen One?"
@PKD Orion I think you're right about Padme. As far as Anakin, I almost wonder if leaving the Order at such a early stage (by his own will our the Council's) might have been the best outcome for the galaxy and Anakin. There's no way Anakin would have stopped training, and possibly could have fulfilled the prophecy by becoming a version of a Grey-type, bringing balance to the Force by embracing both sides of the Force rather than the hard pendulum swings he took in canon. In a sense, he would have become the Father of Mortis.
in the old republic something similar happens in the jedi knight story basically you are denied the rank of master due to the darkside option but the republic swoop in a give you a high ass military rank...basically the best possible scenario for Anakin.
@@colekimball4945 Even if Anakin was kicked out of the order I could see a similar situation to Revan playing out. Even thought the Jedi kicked him out other figures would have likely still seen the use he could make for the war effort. While he gives up his light saber to the Jedi he goes and constructs a new one on his own. question is if he would still have the 501st or if the jedi would have moved over command to someone else. But then you might see either anakin get a whole new legion or more to himself, or even seen how Anakin was serving in the capacity not as a Jedi but as a citizen of the republic, maybe a mixed command of clones and volunteers decide to serve with them. Padme I thought would get noticed a lot more in the senate and her voice would carry a lot more weight even though anakin and her have some differences, all the political will anakin would have would be funneled through padme. The problem though is padme would likely become a much bigger target, in both sidiouses plans and for the separatists seeking to weaken anakin. So oddly enough the jedi would likely have to step in and provide her bodyguards again. One curious thing is later when Obiwan and satine meet, I feel a big reason obiwan stayed in the order is his duty to train anakin, but now not able to fulfill his promise to qui-gon he may leave the order and be more with anakin and possibly get together with satine.
The dream/nightmare sequence from 6:55 to 10:38 was narrated so well, it carried me through every emotion meant to be felt, from the joy of welcome and brotherhood to the jump scare of Sidious showing up in the dream and the terror of seeing everything and everyone being pulled away or dying and Anakin's own flesh crumbling and turning to metal. Well done.
It must have been a pretty hard feeling snapping out of that dream to the reality of what he became.seeing all your former teammates all being taken away from you.the side you once used ro be on are now your enemies
Here's a what if I never heard anybody else consider. What if the moment Palpatine created the Galactic Empire, the clone troops immediately turned? Due to technical glitch in the implants they are forced to protect the Republic not the empire, so the implant would not allow them to convert to defending the Empire. I would assume all clones would resend orders, which would end order 66, and then report back to Kamino. Kamino would then become their first planet to retake for the Republic wiping out any Kaminoans who sided with the Empire. This might even change the event of Mustafar, the battle in the Senate building with Yoda and Sidious. Assuming Mustafar didn't happen the same way, amidala, organa, and mothma would quickly become the leaders of the clone army.
I think that would be really intressing tbf. But I'm sure their is something in the inhibitor chip to follow palapatines orders or the new galactic Empire as that was always the plan.
@@novahazing5254 that is why I suggested a technical glitch. Sometimes it's the small things that is overlooked that cause the biggest problems, and while the programming is working perfectly, the problem for Sidious is the programming is working perfectly; protect the Republic.
i agree vader through all of his incarnations seems to value respect and loyalty, so as long as his underlings were respectful and loyal he would see no need to break them.

Man if Darth Vader were to somehow keep his full potential as If he never burned but still used the suit, it would be far more terrifying than Anakin as Vader if he never burned and never used the suit. He's far more cold and calculated and sinister and I wish Vader in the suit could have kept all of his power in Canon

That was the best fan-made star wars ,,what if" story I have ever listened to! So evil, so dark, so terrifying. The only thing I feel is wrong is the fact that you didn't mention Vader killing Obi-Wan. And torturing Sidious forever seems like a far-fetch, as it doesn't make much sense for him to survive that long if he is cut off from the Force. And I would have liked to see Vader becoming immortal, because it doesn't make any sense for him to just die. Otherwise, it was great and i'm so sorry it isn't many hours long..

Nice job. Vadad is a tragic story. Anakin decided to take the quick and easy route instead of the long and difficult one. When we see vadsr rising from the table and him breaking the restraints snd him looking at what has he become he became a slave again but to the sith. As Kenobi said in revenge of the sith your arrogance and your anger has already done until you became the very thing you swore to destroy. (Maybe Maul saw the rebellion as a chance to finally get revenge on Sidious) What if Han stayed in the imperial military and rose through the ranks? Still one of your best What-ifs. Don't get me wrong, you've gotten better, but there's just something so captivating about this one. Everything is cool, from start to finish. Vader's contemplation, Lord Momin, the Duel between master and apprentice on Mustafar, Vader seizing control and recruiting Maul, Maul settling into his role and enjoying it. Hunting down the Jedi and eliminating them is a bit sad, but also so cool. The grand inquisitor was a fine addition too, loved it. I also love that a change in mindset was all Vader needed, no healing, no secret knowledge, just a different perspective and some determination. Not that Vader healing himself and becoming anfully realized version of nightfall vader isn't cool, but there's something incredibly, well, Sith about Vader just being this shattered, broken machine of pure rage and determination, even literally. How he forgets about fixing his limitations and just overcomes them is definitely peak sith!

What if the Yuuzhan Vong invaded the galaxy after the battle of Geonosis? Would Palpatine keep working towards getting rid of the Jedi using the Vong or would he team up with them to stop the Vong? Would the CIS help the Republic or keep fighting to succeed?

I don't mean if they just up and time traveled, but more if they never got watered down by things like "democracy" and "peace talks". Your story made something I thought impossible, it made me actually feel sorry for Sidious. When Sidious was captured I was like "yes!" though I think it was premature that Vader was capable of beating him, specially that badly, without having completed his training with Momin, then I began to feel more and more sorry for Sidious. Imagine if Sidious had escaped and now without his empire and knowing what it is like to be so powerless and fearing Vader so much, he actually teamed up with Yoda and Obi Wan to train the Skywalkers, I can honestly see Palpatine genuinely out of sheer spite and terror towards Vader geniunely cooperate just to see Vader killed by his own children. Both Yoda and Palpatine train the Skywalkers so they come out as completely balanced force users, trained by both masters of light and dark. The only thing in your story that didnt made a lot of sense is Vader remaining injured, if Vader grew this powerful, no doubt he would be able to heal his body.
Man I feel like if Anakin was so powerful in the force, it would be interesting to see him meditate on having his limbs and no injuries and the force just making it so
I need a What if, for if Vader and the 501st took over, the 501st never losing its capabilities ect. Vader being the top of his game, not losing to Obi-Wan, but killing Sidous, and ruling the Galaxy, but protecting it, as we all know there's more to star Wars than what has been shown outside of the comics. Disney took away the best we could get.
Great story, In one of the fights, I saw maul and the GI, sitting back, looking on, like two frat boys egging on a third into a bar fight, in a college comedy. A little personal levity in a SUPER dark story
Well so Sidious has been fried twice in his life too. He’s getting that entire Skywalker treatment with the amount of limbs being taken compared to the amount of times sidious was turned into a hot Flambé
Vader essentially became the Star Wars version of Frankenstein's Monster here. Sidious created an unstoppable juggernaut that eventually overpowered him and wrought havoc upon the entire galaxy.
Here's a suggestion for a video. What if Anakin didn't turn to the dark side? palpatine escaped him and Mace windu, then went to the separatists, took over leadership and made the droid army go all out against the Republic and the Jedi. Palpatine: "if I can't take it over from within then I'll destroy it from the outside."

I really like the parallels between Ahsoka and Starkiller since they both use a reverse grip and eventually get a second lightsaber.

Yeah, I believe that the original Lucas thing about 80% of the emperor due to injury was retconned and it is in fact due to his emotional conflict.

One curious thing is later when Obiwan and satine meet, I feel a big reason obiwan stayed in the order is his duty to train anakin, but now not able to fulfill his promise to qui-gon he may leave the order and be more with anakin and possibly get together with satine.
The dream/nightmare sequence from 6:55 to 10:38 was narrated so well, it carried me through every emotion meant to be felt, from the joy of welcome and brotherhood to the jump scare of Sidious showing up in the dream and the terror of seeing everything and everyone being pulled away or dying and Anakin's own flesh crumbling and turning to metal. Well done.
It must have been a pretty hard feeling snapping out of that dream to the reality of what he became.seeing all your former teammates all being taken away from you.the side you once used ro be on are now your enemies

Here's a what if I never heard anybody else consider. What if the moment Palpatine created the Galactic Empire, the clone troops immediately turned? Due to technical glitch in the implants they are forced to protect the Republic not the empire, so the implant would not allow them to convert to defending the Empire.
I would assume all clones would resend orders, which would end order 66, and then report back to Kamino. Kamino would then become their first planet to retake for the Republic wiping out any Kaminoans who sided with the Empire.
This might even change the event of Mustafar, the battle in the Senate building with Yoda and Sidious.
Assuming Mustafar didn't happen the same way, amidala, organa, and mothma would quickly become the leaders of the clone army.
I think that would be really intressing tbf. But I'm sure their is something in the inhibitor chip to follow palapatines orders or the new galactic Empire as that was always the plan.
@@novahazing5254 that is why I suggested a technical glitch. Sometimes it's the small things that is overlooked that cause the biggest problems, and while the programming is working perfectly, the problem for Sidious is the programming is working perfectly; protect the Republic.

Man if Darth Vader were to somehow keep his full potential as If he never burned but still used the suit, it would be far more terrifying than Anakin as Vader if he never burned and never used the suit. That was the best fan-made star wars ,,what if" story I have ever listened to! So evil, so dark, so terrifying. The only thing I feel is wrong is the fact that you didn't mention Vader killing Obi-Wan. And torturing Sidious forever seems like a far-fetch, as it doesn't make much sense for him to survive that long if he is cut off from the Force. And I would have liked to see Vader becoming immortal, because it doesn't make any sense for him to just die.

Vadad is a tragic story. Anakin decided to take the quick and easy route instead of the long and difficult one. When we see vadsr rising from the table and him breaking the restraints snd him looking at what has he become he became a slave again but to the sith. As Kenobi said in revenge of the sith your arrogance and your anger has already done until you became the very thing you swore to destroy.

Still one of your best What-ifs. Don't get me wrong, you've gotten better, but there's just something so captivating about this one. Everything is cool, from start to finish. Vader's contemplation, Lord Momin, the Duel between master and apprentice on Mustafar, Vader seizing control and recruiting Maul, Maul settling into his role and enjoying it. Hunting down the Jedi and eliminating them is a bit sad, but also so cool. The grand inquisitor was a fine addition too, loved it. I also love that a change in mindset was all Vader needed, no healing, no secret knowledge, just a different perspective and some determination. Not that Vader healing himself and becoming anfully realized version of nightfall vader isn't cool, but there's something incredibly, well, Sith about Vader just being this shattered, broken machine of pure rage and determination, even literally. How he forgets about fixing his limitations and just overcomes them is definitely peak sith!
Next time make what if Anakin Skywalker reach his full potential all of his limbs no robotic right hand

Of all the ones I've seen, this gotta be one of the darkest what ifs you've made. Nice job though, it makes sense that he would survive after destroying dagobah.
Your story made something I thought impossible, it made me actually feel sorry for Sidious. When Sidious was captured I was like "yes!" though I think it was premature that Vader was capable of beating him, specially that badly, without having completed his training with Momin, then I began to feel more and more sorry for Sidious.
Imagine if Sidious had escaped and now without his empire and knowing what it is like to be so powerless and fearing Vader so much, he actually teamed up with Yoda and Obi Wan to train the Skywalkers, I can honestly see Palpatine genuinely out of sheer spite and terror towards Vader geniunely cooperate just to see Vader killed by his own children. Both Yoda and Palpatine train the Skywalkers so they come out as completely balanced force users, trained by both masters of light and dark.
The only thing in your story that didnt made a lot of sense is Vader remaining injured, if Vader grew this powerful, no doubt he would be able to heal his body.

Vader essentially became the Star Wars version of Frankenstein's Monster here. Sidious created an unstoppable juggernaut that eventually overpowered him and wrought havoc upon the entire galaxy.
Now Darth Vader is a monster in this one. Anakin Skywalker is truly dead in this universe.
