Extra cost of new unit ( always costed to change) 4 Insurance 5 flights ( the agents were pushed very hard for flights. the margins of the flights were regularly $100 per pax. Often times The cost of the trade was significantly more expensive that booking an Inclusive tour with a tour operator. The business made a lot of Money and the whole bloody set up was a con.

I just left vegas yesterday with that same offer played broke and they came with the second offer for a Miami property put down $150 and pay $94 a month my brother in law has timeshare they vacation like crazy with super perks the deal we got we couldn't pass up we'll find out together on this but I've seen good and bad depends on what you allow them to sign you up for
I just bought 105,000 Wyndham points, for $83/month. Which the buying power could get me the same accommodations just booking rooms online….so I basically made a $20k down payment for zero advantages. There’s no cost savings, just a lot of rules. I’m opting out in my 7 day window according to Georgia law

I can bank that with RCI and then I will have 2 years from Dec 30th to travel. If you stay at an all inclusive, some resorts include the inclusive fee and some don't. If you look on RCI's website under extra getaways, you can see which resorts have any extra fees.

The call center is horrible and not helpful at all. Based on your explanation of being a Platinum member, you are treated differently than anyone else who has a standard membership. My husband and I are still trying to understand how vacation planning works. My recent question with the call center was about any time days if you did not want to use your bonus weeks and just take a quick trip to see how much it would cost and if we would still pay a small fee or if we are paying regular pricing that you would find at another travel website. Their explanation has not been helpful. It does not make us feel any assurance about this timeshare because it does not feel like we can do anything. If we want to book outside of the bonus weeks or not use them, normally what is the average cost? Are you getting any savings being a member?
