    Ay may bagong upload pla, mejo na busy na po sa fried chicken at lechong kawali, may 2 weeks na din sir. Applied the brining sa chicken at pagpalambot muna ng pork for lechon kawali. Added sa menu namin. Very informative videos po talaga, mga kailangan namin na nangangapa pa sa food business hehe.

    Ako nga umabot ako ng pitong trials....
    Mula umpisa, isinusulat ko ang lakas ng apoy bawat minutes...15 minutes ang agwat.....
    Noong ikalima...parang ayos na ayos na pero gusto ko yong pagbutohin pa ....sa ikaanim...hindi masyadong okay...gunawa ako...ika-pito...lalong hindi naganda ang resulta.....
    Kaya yong ginagaya ko ay yong ika-limang proseso.....minimum 2 at kalahating oras hanggang 2 hours 45 minutes....
    Walang nagtuturo ng pagluluto ng naantala noon...
    Kung gusto mong gumawa ng chicharon may laman ..bibili ka ng naantala na medyo mahal....

    nainspired ako magbussiness idol simula nung napanood kita yung una nagawa hindi ko na perfect nasayang 22kilos nalugi ako pero nabenta ko yung iba pang sahog nalang tapos yung pangalawa na 17kilos perfect ko naubos ko yung chicharon backfat ko kaya lang yung dalawa na yan household stove yung pinagpratiksan ko ngaun bumili ako ng heavy duty stove medyo hindi ko gamay kaya nasayang yung 20kilos na backfat pero anyway kahit papaano tuloy padin hanggang sa ma perfect ko hindi ako susuko hanggat di ako maging bihasa sa pagchicharon 😊😊😊

      yan ang traditional way, iba iba yung way ng luto sa mga previous videos , baka di mo lang napansin , kaya iba iba din title, if begginer ka much better eto sundin mo para mas mataas ang success rate mo

    mang domeng gud day,ask ko lang ano mas ok sa texture ng pellet?ung malambot or ung matigas?and maiiwasan po b ung sobrang pagkabusa?na parang chicharon hangin na ung finish product?

      yung matigas, para maiwasan yung pag dikit dikit pag inistore na, sa tanong mo sa pag pop, if gagamit ka ng skin only expect na mahangin yun pero if backfat gamit mo like nanjan sa video kahit mag pop yan di yan matutulad sa hangin na chicharon.
      Pero if ang question mo ay sa process ng cooking wag ko masyadong taasan yung temp ng pag papa busa para dahan dahan sya umalsa.
      advantage: mas malasa and concentrated
      disadvantage: possible na may mga ibang parts na di kaya kainin ng mga mahina ang pang nguya
