    questions mang domengs.
    1. bakit 1 week nyo po minarinate sa asin? sa freezer po ba talaga agad kahit may moist pa?
    2. yung 24hrs na resting galing sa pag reduce ng fat/oil, san nyo mo na i store? chiller or freezer or room temp lang?
    3. after ng resting na 24hrs galing sa pag reduce ng fat/oil, pwede po ba ma store eto na hindi mapanis? tapos later na lulutoin?

      1, 1 week inabot kasi wala kong oras lutuin, 30 minutes will do
      2 and 3 , as long as wala ng moisture or water di need ilagay sa freezer or sa chiller,
      pano malalaman na may moisture pa? pag inamag

    Deretio salang na po yan boss 2hrs from the start. Sa ibang video mo po napanuod ko 20secs. Ata hinango na taa pinalmig tas doon na lulutuin ng 2hrs

    Mang domeng, may pelets nako backfat naka tago, if papabusahin ko na ba need kopa ilagay sa mantika mahina apoy? Or direct na ung matigas na pelet sa mainit na mantika??

      both pwede mong gawin
      1. ilagay sa maligamgam na mantika then transfer sa mas mataas na temp na mantika.
      2. direcho mo na yung pellet sa high temp oil

    Mang Domeng. Papaano po mapapatagal ang shelf life ng chicharon para tumagal ang pagkalutong nya. Meron ba dapat ginagawa sa pagluluto para mapatagal ang luto g ng chicharon? Salamat po sa sagot.

      Ang kalaban ng lutong ay air, so make sure na airtight ang container or packaging na gagamitin

    mang domeng salamat po sa na i ambag mo na recipe ng pagawa chicharon. tanong ko lang po gumawa ako ng 15kg na balat. success naman. kaso inabot ng 10 hrs pag papalambot. papano po kaya paraan para maging 2 hours? naglalaro sa 135'c temp nya haggang sa maluto

      Masyadong mahina apoy mo. Nag chichicharon ako at bagnet. Wag kang matakot lakasan apoy mo. First 40mins to 1hr lakasan mo apoy mo para mag firm. Di agad masusunog yan kasi maraming moisture ang jowls, di agad² mag fry yan kasi madaming moisture, moisture plus mantika di agad mag ffry yan, parang bpiling pa lang yan. Pag medyo nag brown na, dun mo na hinaan.

      not putting salt for curing, juat plain flavor so you wont be putting salt after frying that makes the packaging looks dirty
