- Mistakes happen in an unconscious state of mind. When you are not aware and when you are not clear in your mind then you do mistakes. But when you realize you did something wrong only then you ask for forgiveness. It is quite human to Forgive. The same mistake can happen through you and you expect to be forgiven. So, you should also forgive others! You forgive not for their sake , you forgive so that you are free!

Telling this from my personal experience, never ever forgive a person who cheated on you.. if you do, they will surely cheat you again... Forgiveness is a green signal for them to deceive you whenever they want.

This type of mistake (cheating) happens usually with concious mind..but we should forgive for our own sake..😢 bonding needs some personal integrity and loyalty.

This is the worst pain that one can give to other who loved the most. I faced this worst situation got into trauma, so many things has happened. For me I'm still breathing because of grace. I don't want to get into that.
Apart from that I followed few others things. It might be useful for others whoever facing similar kind of issue.
Below are the important things you need to follow to minimise your suffering
1. Food - Eat only satvic food, it's very very important. Try to clean your colon often. Best is use kadukai every night.
2. Don't watch any nonsense movie like action, crime, horror, love, romance . See only comedy and animations.
3. If you're practising Yoga and Meditation it's a best medicine, jus keep doing it.
4. Travel - jus take a car or bike, jus go to greenary place.
5. Animals - If you have domestic animals or pets just spend sometime with them.
6. Workout , do exercises a lot ,not heavy lifting. Sing, dance until you become tiered.
7. Games - Go outside and play.
8. Make new friends, meet new people.
9. Talk talk talk talk to your friends, family members who listens to you.
10. Focus on your work and health.
Warning: Don't get into any addiction. You'll spoil your brain further. Jus stay away from that.
I followed these very very cautiously and came out. I still have the pain that most loved one did that to me but we can avoid suffering.
Keep in mind.. your peace of mind is important, these kind of persons are not worth for you. Cry as much as you can and Jus move away. Don't even think to talk to them, they'll take it for granted.
They betrayed bcs they didn't value you and your relationship. Without commitment and love this relationship will not work.
Definitely you'll get far far better person, you'll meet far better people.
Inner strength is important.

That's what I did in my life. I understood the importance she gave me although it was a big lie. I accepted her twice beyond her mistakes. I did everything to her. But at the last moment she betrayed me. I can't bare it when she looked for someone else. I would have forgiven her if she spoke to me that it wouldn't workout between us. But she cheated me. She is a traitor.
I decided to forgive her not for the sake of her apologies to me. But for the betterment of my life and I don't want to live my remaining life with hatred and enmity.
I don't even understood why she come back and tries to hook it up again. I don't see any moral ethics here in what she does. But she has been trying to connect me again and again which I hate.
To such people I kindly request, please let us die in peace atleast !

The best apology is the "Changed Behavior." What if, you forgive someone, and he / she repeats it. Is forgiveness worth it? I think, humans don't have capacities or capabilities to forgive at all [like wipe out or completed cleanliness of Heart].

Whether you will forgive a person and again accept them depends upon the person who cheated. The person who cheats n apologizes and means it will truly never repeat the mistakes. Mistake / cheating hurts the partner and if that doesn’t bother her/him even after accepting mistakes then try to avoid the person…but every person deserves chance till death . You r no one to punish them . Not taking side of a cheater but speaking neutrally… even they too don’t have right hurting you. ALL I AM SAYING IS FORGIVING AND LEARNING FROM MISTAKES AND NEVER REPEATING AGAIN VARIES WITH PERSON. THERE ARE SEVERAL RELATIONSHIPS AND MARRIAGES THAT GOT SAVED BECAUSE THE PARTNER MEANT THE SORRY.

Its too difficult to find loyal people..... My boyfriend cheated on me after our 7 year of relationship.... Recently I caught my wife in Adultery with my friend and she confessed. It was a love marriage and she broke 17 years of Trust by sleeping with chapri, though i had taken care in all aspects. I guess, she went to validate that she also gets a man to chill around.
In her lust she broke my family, we are separated now and i really miss my daughter who is attending her 7th grade.
Had my wife shown repentance, remorse i would have accepted back in my life, staying together. But now she is very rude, arrogant and abuse me saying people in this world make so many big mistakes and that her mistake is not big.. these type of words from her, how a man can accept her.
