Chris. I think this is the best preview I've seen for the east side. Thanks for putting it together. Although I wasn't really considering it before, it's worth a look in person. Nice to get a change in atmosphere once in a while.
We’re back on the east side fourth time on Railay. Bhu Gnu thani serves champagne mamosas for breakfast. Will be hanging out on the west at sunset. Really like the bungalows at the back of the sand and sea.
Hey Chris! My name is Boon, I live Langley, BC, Canada I am your follower I just asked you that next time you make a trip to Surat Thani. Don’t forget to NongKhai TumTaeng Esan Restaurant at Surat Thani, it’s the best Esan foods. I bet that you will have the greatest foods there Thanks!
Hey Chris have you ever considered a 360 camera for (some) of your videos? It adds a cool layer of interactivity for the viewer being able to look in any direction while the video plays.
I went to Railay a few weeks ago and stayed at Rapala Rock (one of the places up the hills via Airbnb) and then the Tinidee over on Tonsai thanks to your earlier video. Forget Rayavadee, Tinidee is best bang for the dollar 1/6th price and maybe 2x the price of most other places. For Railay I enjoyed my mornings on Prah Nang beach before the tourists hoards arrived. I plan on gong back to stay for a month when I'm laid off next year. I may actually find a place that is conducive to working on US time, spending the morning at the beach and sleeping during my last few months of work at my current job.
Please could you highly recommend a resort or 2 on Railay west we looking for somewhere special right on amazing beach for our 34th wedding anniversary. We normally stay Phuket but visited Rayley this year for the day and loved it.
Pranang cave beach is fantastic. I’m still waiting to see the epic drone shots from within the secret lagoon! Part way to the beach is a almost unmarked path up a hill with a muddy rope. Follow it to the lagoon and view point!
The viewpoint was amazing for the adventurous. I wish I continued to the lagoon but i wasn't trying to press my luck. Thankfully I didn't as it was pouring rain for a few hours after i got back to sea level
I was there 27 years ago. Only cabins and transportation to other islands were brutal! 😂 But I found a small bar with tables and lamps on the beach. So romantic. So peaceful. But though it was more peaceful than now. Now it is so convenient, more choices.
hey christ i'm 80 years old i think you can play a bigger role For example, try to make new contents. For example, try to interview the Minister of Transport who has news that he will build a 17-kilometer bridge connecting Koh Samui. with a huge budget you will elevate yourself is an important tourism ambassador may be eligible It's easier to get Thai citizenship. Try it. Thailand is a democracy. approach the minister presented to the world to know Koh Samui has a problem. On the port side, when there was a monsoon storm, I heard that now people are happy for this project.
Thanks for sharing to us, nice day, nice stay, from France.
Wow, the place is much larger and more developed than I thought.
I'll go there next time. Awesome place.

Stayed at the Avatar Resort east side for 3 nights in Nov 2019. Good bang for the buck.
They had the best Pad Krapow at Avatar, I went back for lunch and they had no cook :(
Love it.

East Railay looks like a place to visit….not to stay for me. Thanks Chris.

Railay Beach was wonderful 30 years ago

while there are a lot more people. It's still wonderful.
Which is best to stay. Railay west or east
That pier is a nightmare
Can we talk about the lizard😂
No, no, no... not anymore, Dude. Nice video, but the good times at Railay were 30 years ago, hehehe 😜. This is commercial city... cash 💸 💰 🤑 💲.

OMG, another paid promotion. TH-cam needs to remove these videos since you need to inform viewers that you are getting paid for this.
