i want to give you a advise , i am from himachal pradesh , and if you go in the river side then very careful in the monsoon season , if upper side is heavy rain then flood will come down side so its will be dangerous for you

Somehow not happy about how they have taken bath in the pure sacred waters of the Himalayas and appeared so casually. Himalayas are sacred ,the mountains are no less than deities and they have a wrathful side as much as their immaculate beauty.Its important to treat them with utmost reverance and even project and present them in a respectful manner so that its spiritual essence is not tampered with.No offence guys...it was a great video but kindly be respectful about the sacred nature interwoven into the ambience of the great Mountains.

If you really want to save this nature in our state. Tell people from all of India to stop coming here because they're the one who destroy it the most.
Only reason Himachali people are so friendly towards foreigners because they respect our culture and nature unlike people of other states of India who think they own Himachal and get beaten up by locals.

as you prefer ice bathing please remember the correct way to bath with cold water as per ayurveda. whether warm water bath or cold water bath first pour the water into the navel for 30 secs to one minute. after that is its warm water then first pour on feet and then on other parts of body and if its cold water then after navel first on centre of head and then other parts of body.

Don't bathe in these waters. Villagers drink this water in most of the scenarios. This happened few months back in another location where outside state people and foreigners were bathing in such source of water and local village caught them and whop their asses.
I'm from Himachal and we don;'t drink glacier water. Our water has tank on mountains and it get purifies.
