I assume you’re talking the build levels? SP1 has X01 AXS, Ultimate suspension, hydra hubs and convergent rims, AXS dropper and SP2 has lower level parts. You can check it all out on WeAreOne’s website!
It feels a lot different. This is more lively/poppy and climbs better. but it still descends well and fast. The Alloy Sentinel was more of a just grind it to get to the top and going back down it was like a point and shoot, just plowed through whatever and didn’t have much playfulness to it
Hi, do you still own the stumpjumper? I have an arrival and stumpy, thinking about selling the stumpy and getting the 130 links for the arrival. The stumpy is just so damn good!
I do not have the stumpy anymore but I am with you, that bike is super good! I was just talking to someone saying I think I will end up with another stumpy or another tallboy this year.
@dialedmtb thank you. I was looking at the we are one arrival, ibis ripmo v2s, and yeti sb140 lr. All 3 seem to be very similar in quality, weight, geometry, and ride characteristics.
I do think the Arrival is probably the best out of those three, the only real downfall of that bike was the high seat tube. I did just post a first ride on the SB140 LR and I do really really like that bike as well, and the Ibis Ripmo is a super good bike also. Can't go wrong with any of them!

Nice review!!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
That's awesome, I'm waiting for my 170 SP2 show up. Could be any day now.
You’re going to love it!
Looks like a hoot! Gonna have to start saving up!
Haha yeah definitely should!!
Did you ride wrap your bike? How does it adhere to the Cerakote coating?
I did not yet. going to just put the covered kit on. It looks like it shouldn’t be a problem though!
What's the difference between the 1 and 2?

@@dialedmtb are both specs carbon frames. I tried looking on the website but I dont see anything about the frame material.
@@oldmanmtb1443 yes, all Arrival frames are carbon.
How does this compare to the Transition Sentinel GX Alloy you've rode before?

Hey, from what bike shop were you able to demo this from? Thanks!
Hey, this is my personal bike!
@@dialedmtb Oh, nice! You share content on instagram?
No I haven’t started doing that yet! Maybe this year though.

I also ride a Stumpy. Don't sell it, especially not now. I can see why someone with a Bike TH-cam channel sells it ;)
POC kit is looking 🔥
Hahah thanks man!
Do you know the actual weight of your tested bike?
With pedals and water bottle cage it was right about 31lbs

I put a coil on mine, much better ride if you're a bit heavier. The DB IL coil is also pretty lite.
That is awesome to hear!
Hi bro, i currently have a ripmo v2 and i am considering this bike. How do they compare?
Personally I feel like it climbs just as well, but descends better and feels more lively then the Ripmo which is crazy!
@@dialedmtb that's a huge compliment to the Arrival! Ripmo is already such a great bike.
Yeah the Ripmo is awesome for sure!
So what does that link they sell do? Does it convert it from a longer travel to shorter travel?
Yeah, they have 3 links a 130, 152 and 170 so you can build the bike up as you want!
Awesome! Looking towards the SP2 build. What trail is this?
That will be an awesome build! But this is eagle bike park and it is Shake n bake and flow trail
I'll be getting a Med 170 FrameSet when i Find One😎
That will be so rad!!
