Try him Formations like 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-2 diamond which suit his playmaking abilities well. Don't run with him, instead focus on creating opportunities, distributing passes, and taking advantage of his shooting..Use him as SS or as AMF

Bro, It is better not to use 2 CN10s in 4123 team, as they won't cover ground much or run...Your transition from Defence will be slow unless you want play long passes more...But if you are good dribbler and win 1to1s easily, it might work for you.. Otherwise 2 CN10 in 4123 is not recommended

No Bro, if you put both CN10 in the game, you won't have players to make runs in the opposition box. if you use 1 CN10 with 1 Hole Player AMF, you will have perfect options for your CN10 to pass the ball. You can pass it to your Forwards or to Hole player AMF (He will running in empty spaces so good to create chances).
