Shane is such a great sport. Ice cold pool player though, that long rail shot is never easy ever when you're a pro just the wrong amount of english and you can ring the pocket.
I hardly play pool but there’s no way you have a TH-cam channel about playing pool but every time you hit the cue ball, you are turning your cue to the side so of course there’s deflection. Not a single time did you follow through straight.
Hit a cue ball with spin and see where your cue goes. The cue will naturally go to the side unless you intervene with your arm to make it go straight. Give it a try next time you play pool. My newer shaft reviews I force my cue to go straight to satisfy viewers. There really is no need to insult people.
@@TheBilliardCorner No mean to insult you I’m just confused because I have no problem following through completely straight and I don’t follow pool 1/10 of what I’m sure you do. I tried it over and over again applying spin if different direction and had no problem following through straight. I mean you see all the other comments where several others stated the same so it’s not just me who sees it.
You cheap pool balls make your cue sound like that. When I use my cue with Aramith balls it doesn't sound like that. When I play at my brothers house with his old cheap balls it sounds like that. We did not hear that same sound in your pool match at the end of the video. Pool balls make all the difference.
However playing long table shots with lower speed to reduce deflection is a lot more difficult than using a carbon fiber shaft that deflects a lot less at higher speed. That is why most pros are using them now, once you adapt you are more accurate in general.
Nothing done on purpose. We do things subconsciously. Film yourself and you will understand. This video is my first shaft video, have since improved my methods. Thanks for watching.

@@TheBilliardCorner Hits and feels great. No loud ping while hitting. Easily draws, good action, definately more consistent since I've gotten it. My buddy ordered Revo yesterday. I'll be able to compare soon.
t shark Thanks for the review! 🦈

i just bought a revo 12.4 wvp, the predator soft tip pre installed is not for me and its mushrooms a lot and it spins a lot. i changed it to kamui clear M. now its perfect
Same, I did not like the stock predator victory tip.
Kamui Clear M is the best tip I have tried from Kamui. Doesn't mushroom and holds shape forever. I haven't reshaped mine after 3 months and it's still perfectly playable with about 6 or 7 layers of leather still left on it.
there is a review on cynergy vs revo, but not on ignite, hopefully you can get ignite and have a review vs revo
Ignite is hard to come by right now. Plus they don't make them in different joint sizes (only United and Wavy). Perhaps down the road I can get my hands on one and review it!
Ignite review coming soon warren!
@@TheBilliardCorner looking forward
@@warrente66 should be posted this weekend.

Pool cues will go the way of wooden tennis rackets
Way to pull that bank shot off.
Got lucky
Most people don't know what can make you have less cue ball defection...why do smaller shafts have way less.. .its the weight in the end of the shaft....thats it!! Less ferrule less defection...its a lighter weighing front!! Proven by the Willie robot!!! Your welcome
Thank you
Nice video.. your table needs new cushions tho 😉
I plan to upgrade to a 7ft Diamond down the road. Cushions and felt are so bad on this one :(
@@TheBilliardCorner too bad your not in So Cal I could help you out with all of that! Anyways you cant go wrong with a diamond
Shane Bad Bunny is a great player
Predator victory tip>kamui
Not a fan, mushroomed bad for me. Maybe they got better?
Shane is such a great sport. Ice cold pool player though, that long rail shot is never easy ever when you're a pro just the wrong amount of english and you can ring the pocket.
McDermott Defy.
@@James_Edward59 yet you start your first comment with an insult…”no way you have a TH-cam channel about playing pool”.
Your hits doesnt look very straight so im quite concern about the result of the deflection test
Perform your own :)
@@TheBilliardCorner i will bro. The shaft is getting shipped now. Cant wait!
Bad stroke
But not visible to your local Apa Expert
I follow you from Iraq I want to post me cue good Quality
You cheap pool balls make your cue sound like that. When I use my cue with Aramith balls it doesn't sound like that. When I play at my brothers house with his old cheap balls it sounds like that. We did not hear that same sound in your pool match at the end of the video. Pool balls make all the difference.
Sounds like a mud ball...
Yes, the hit is not for everyone. Plus my mic is not very good, hard to capture the sound.
@@TheBilliardCorner so that's an effect of the shaft or is it actually a heavy cue ball?
@@mattmason1694 Neither. The sound in person is different. I don't have the best mic on my camera. But you can hear the "tink" noise with the Revo.
Squirt can be controlled with stroke...regardless of which shaft you play with...not gonna tell ya more than that...
Well yeah, not exactly a secret.
Everyone knows this lol
However playing long table shots with lower speed to reduce deflection is a lot more difficult than using a carbon fiber shaft that deflects a lot less at higher speed. That is why most pros are using them now, once you adapt you are more accurate in general.
Dude for the deflection test, I feel that you aim to deflect lmao.
I agree , that last hard hit on the wood shaft the cue was aiming to hit further away you can see his position after the shot
Nothing done on purpose. We do things subconsciously. Film yourself and you will understand. This video is my first shaft video, have since improved my methods. Thanks for watching.
