Girrrlll!!!! When I tell you I made these and my (non vegan) family could not even tell it was jackfruit !! My family traditionally here in texas we made the red tamales but I wanted to try something different and yaaasss *chefs kiss* I made 60 plus bean tamales to share with my family and I had 0 left I had to hide some so I could have some to take home!!! They are amazing !! Keep doing what you do much love ✌✌✌❤❤❤ and merry Christmas!!

I went vegetarian when I was 12 and all I knew how to make was Hamburger Helper with fake beef and macaroni and cheese LOL. 😭😝 Almost 20 years later and I've grown so much! It is almost a necessity if you went to not spend $1000000 on vegan convenience Foods LOL. 😂 I absolutely love seeing veganized traditional Regional food! Thank you so much for sharing with us. 💜

If you have a pot that has a steamer on the bottom, I only add enough water to cover the bottom. Not enough to overflow the holes! If it dries out, just refill 😍 usually you don’t need too!
