Even in a "STOP & ID STATE" cops need reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime to ask for ID. This cop tried to lie about the ID law. The sheriff is a disgrace to the town

Ironically when cops pull the disorderly conduct BS is just after they escalate a peaceful situation.
A Lt is 100% expected to know laws and constitutional provisions that relate to arrest. It's being a burger flipper without understanding burgers need to be flipped to cook. It's embarrassing to argue different. Police also cannot be the reporting party to disorderly conduct. If that's possible they could walk around arresting people for swearing. Federal law absolutely supersedes state law.
They will not hire you if you know anything. They want angry children now.
I heard a very interesting theory why cops never answer the question what is in the 1st, 2nd or 4th amendment. If a cop answers, and thus proves on camera he knows them, if he later on violates your rights, it is an immediate loss of his QI. He violated rights KNOWING what he did was wrong and unlawful.

Stop and ID state literally means if you don’t have your ID on you and you are suspected of a crime you must state your name, your date of birth and address… That’s what a stop and ID state means… In the end, you still have to be suspected of a crime in all 50 states because 4th amendment is still in effect

According to Clinton PDs website Lt Solomon was awarded a “Senior Police certificate “ by the Arkansas Commission of Law Enforcement….and he DOESNT know the 1st or 4th Ammendments? Really? What do they teach? What are the requirements? What is the basic requirement to be an LEO? And they think they are honest and honorable people!

Federal law does not supersede local law, unless it involved federal jurisdiction. Constitution hasn't jurisdiction over everything, only interstate and international matters, and the bill of rights. 14th amendment and all legislation and actions pursuant thereto are null and void because of lack of quorum in the voting upon it.
