    You said Sohna will have world's second largest refinery in 10 acre. Jamnagar refinery is a world's largest refinery and built in 7500 acres, Panipat refinery is built in 4222 acres. Then how come you can built world's second largest refinery in just 10 acres. Itne land me to ek housing society bhi ni hoti.

    Highway is running highway. It's being widened, but not blocked for construction. The good part is all societies are on highway. So no issue of sector roads and such dependency.

    I invested 2 years back in our homes 3, 2 bhk 629 sqft + 80 sqft balcony .... What do you think of the property, i personally felt that in 10 years by the time I'm done with mortgage I will be in a good position, with this.. hope u comment back... Keep it up👍☺️🙌

      After all the considerations, I bought a flat from Signature Global in Sohna, Sector 36.
      I recommend the same to everybody else.

    First of all, the price appreciation in Delhi NCR was like Sohna Road> Dwarka Expressway> New Gurgaon> Sohna> Noida extension.
    All the projects you mentioned are industrial ones not corporates. I agree industries will provide many jobs however, why would one wanna live nearby an industrial area? Already all these builders have spoiled the beauty of Sohna. Also how can u forget the safety concerns for Sohna the place is almost 25kms from Gurgaon. Also it's equidistant to places like Mewat so that could be a major safety concern. People used to make the same claims for IMT as well and there was a sudden boom in the prices of Manesar sectors but ultimately nobody wanted to live in Manesar. Also spending 80k per square yard in SOHNA for that central park township? SERIOUSLY?

    Sohna is Sohna that is sub city of Gurgaon , its not ggn. today after covid impact people have choice n they can find good option in Gurgaon in price of sohna . Why people will go Sohna its 35 or 40 km from huda city .yes after 10 years sohna will be new destination i think
