    The rates are skyrocketing on plots, and the rise is all synthetically created by dealers..
    All the DDJAY plots are bought up by dealers, there are no end users and still. Shona DDJAY plots are asking 80-90k sqyrd..
    One can buy in Gurgaon sectors for 1.2-1.4L sqrd.
    I think DDJAY is all about creating this hype, the sizes are max 180sqyd and price is of Kothis :P
    Central park is also going on same line, minimalistic end user purchase and still the prices are going high..
    Dealers ke paas paisa hai to bhaga raha hai, kal ko fir se slowdown aya to these prices will crash to 40-40k..
    An year back Central park was 40k sqyrd..

    Sir sector hisar 33p-1 plot, Hsvp e auction reserved rate 245.42 lacs/450 sq mtr for ordinary location. Bid aur bhi jyada ki lagegi. Preferential plot 60 mein ley gayi Sarkar. Of course market rate sq yards mein is sey bahut jyada hai.

    Any reason why you are not mentioning about Eldeco acclaim?

      Eldeco is a decent enough project but Ashiana signature godrej are far better than this project. Below are the reasons
      1. Construction quality not good. Recently during hailstorm we saw how the ceilings, balcon and window panes got severely impacted in the ready to move apartments. hailstorm was same for ashiana as well but due to its construction quality it was ok and withstanding.
      2. It's the last property of so called south of gurgaon absolutely on sohna town border. That is also one reason of eldeco acc not so good choice.
      These are my personal views

      Melia is way too inside and no proper sector road that's why it's still trading at 5k per sq ft. It's not worth. Instead go for ashiana

    Can someone help with demographic data w.rt religion wise in sohna...the negative talks doing round says its very Muslim dominated area and Hindus would find it difficult ....is it really soon?

      Mostly are Ahirs(Yadavs) and Gujjars

      Go for Dwarka expressway as it is sponsored video ...even an small investment on dwarka expressway is better than the bigger one on Sohna and there will be a huge crime rate on Sohna side cz of mewat area

      @@harshsahu7603for the people working in gurgaon Dwarka expressway is not beneficial. At the end of the day you will have to everyday cross old gurgaon congestion sector 8,9,10 then hero honda chowk then to cyber City or respective work location.
      No doubt dwarka expressway is an asset but it will largely beneficial for people who work in Delhi or who work in manesar but not for gurgaon young blood working in it sector

    We are not living in Gurgaon by choice, IT industry job sector is here otherwise a family is surrounded by these criminals Jaat and Gurrjjars , unsafe for women and children, extremely bad condition of roads. Work from home is being adopted and many leaving Gurgaon for mountains and other urban cities. Days of Gurgaon is going down.
