    All the Vitamins and health benefits is lost if you squeeze out the water from methi leaves!

    turned out really well.. only difference is that I dint use boiled aloo rather preferred to fry and trust me it turned out mouth watering!! thnx

    I added a cup and a half of cooked chickpeas to your recipe. I boiled them until fairly soft and fried them with the Aloo Methi until they became firm again. It's an amazingly tasty meal, full of protein and very filling. It's so easy to make for such an exotic meal. Thanks for the recipe.

    I used raw potato , cut into small cubes , I put some water and cooked it with the lid on for 5 mins , then added the methi . Delicious

      It will not taste nice please do not used the dried methi...fresh methi will taste the best and is easily available everywhere....

    First thing I observed is your loose hair. Someone cooking with their hair left loose is a big NO. Please avoid.

      @@beckysandmomskitchen3352 nice. Make sure you don't overcook the methi. That's the mistake I made, and it ended up making my methi taste bitter and burnt. The potatoes tasted really good

      No, make it with fresh methi leaves only. Dry methi leaves has a different taste.

    Just a thought: The way she is tossing the potatoes at around 0235:0250, people like me will toss all the oil on our chest...😂😂
    Just a heads up, she is a pro., you are not.
    It is always better to eat scrambled potatoes rather than eating crispy ones with pan oil on your chest...😁

      yes you are right that some of the nutrients do come out but not all. Also, if you dont squeze out the water, the methi will remain bitter.
